My first experience with them was really humbling. I bought a beautiful couple bracelets and towers. I came back a couple months later to repair 2 of the bracelets that I bought and the customer service was not as adequate the second time around. They did not inform me that I needed my proof of purchase and declined me service. I also offered to pay to get the job dont and I was turned away. Not trying to ruin their reputation, just want future customers to be cautious on what the staff informs you.
