I enjoyed the veggie galette (G5) and she had the smoked salmon (G4), she did prefer mine over hers. The crust is flaky and crunchy yet soft. It’s taste is a buttery delight and not overdone🔥 The mushrooms and onions in the G5 are perfectly balanced from a flat standpoint and Lauren said the salmon was fresh as well. We had the pleasure of meeting Miss Celine, one of the owners from Paris, who also shared with us her careful and tasteful selection of wine and champagne the champagne we chose is from a local French winery they import from. My husband and I went here today for the first time and had an awesome experience. The staff were friendly and consistently checked in on us. I was a bit hesitant to try a savory type crepe (galette) as i have only tried sweet ones. These did not disappoint! We ordered the smoked salmon one and their provencale both were seasoned well. The salmon was not overpowering and blended well with the rest of the dish. We also ordered their sweet crepes. The Nutella one had the perfect balance of chocolate to fruit ratio. As a non chocolate and strawberry lover this Crêpe was perfect. Their harajuku crepe was also comparable to the crepes we had while in Japan. Light and subtle flavors without doing too much!...

I’ll go back. I’m curious and would love to know more about the savory crepes. Darn dessert crepes get me every time, lol. I loved the staff! They made a damn good caramel latte. One of my favorites on the island for sure. I love the restaurant decor as well. It’s refreshing to see something other than the wretched minimalism we have had crawling around for the last decade. My one critique. My Nutella was a pinch too heavy (and I grew up on the mainland, so am probably a little sugar addicted so that’s saying something, lol).
