Great service. Kishen made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Within three minutes of shopping, she provided a sealed snack and a glass of bottle water, which I wasn't expecting anyway because I had purchased one when I had been shopping at Givenchy prior and had to walk out of the store to get a drink then back in. Kishen showed me items quickly and one item that caught my attention and end purchasing a fantastic bag. Great merchandise and excellent customer service worth spending my time...

The product is not refundable at all. I was noticed it when I already paid. The service was terrible. When I think that's really not acceptable.. the bus was gone. I'd like to recommend looking around T gallerie...

The male manager is very kind and supportive. And he can speak Korean as well. It is suprising experience that he said Korean who is american and I speak English....
