This WinCo off of State street and 21st South is easy to get to and has two acess points to get on the interstate. The huge stood is always clean and we'll stocked considering recent events. Nothing beats the massive coffee and loose grains section. I have rarely if ever seen such selection of goods and considering the prices being at or below most other stores in this class, it as competitive as wallmart. My only complaint is check out. Have you ever stood in line behind someone that has multiple failed payments attempts and a person walks over to say they are opening a new checkout directing those to follow but they don't keep the folks in order. In my case they didn't even ask me as I was next In line but had not placed anything from my cart to the belt. This is highly rude an extraordinary considering how easy it would be to just tap me and walk all of us in the order we were. Great variety of shops & restaurants. But whomever designed the layout originally I hope never is able to design again, in short the is an efficient way to route traffic & then there is an inefficient way which is what the designer implemented here.Any child that has rolled a round ball shape object down an incline would be able to do a better job at this, to keep an objecting rolling without slowing or hitting anything requires a more clear & thought out path! You cannot have a civil engineer that just doesnt want to be there & hates their job & the only reason they are there is for the money design things that require...

The intersection is so dangerous I've almost been hit in the crosswalk several times. Its super dangerous and if the walk sign is on I should not have to dodge cars trying to turn in front of me or right into me and my wheelchair.

Update: as of 11/3/21 the number of times I have come so close to being hit by a car that couldn't wait 30 seconds to turn is too many for me to keep track of. They are preparing to rip up a lot of the area to change the offramp down the road and it will undoubtedly get more dangerous for me and all other pedestrians. There's a high-school right on that corner. It needs protected...
