ZAGG Temecula — Attraction in Temecula

I had a great experience at the ZAGG kiosk in the Promenade Mall, Temecula, thanks to Baris. I had purchased a ZAGG screen protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Max from T-Mobile less than a year ago, but they didn’t have the right model in stock. The employee there sold me a 14 Pro Max clear protector instead, which caused issues when I needed to replace it. After using the online warranty system, I received a privacy screen protector that wasn’t compatible with my phone because of the camera and Face ID cutouts for my phone are different than the 14 Pro Max’s.

Frustrated, I decided to visit the ZAGG kiosk in person to sort it out, and I’m so glad I did! Although ZAGG usually requires you to replace your screen protector with the same model, Baris went above and beyond to help. Not only did he trade me for a clear protector, but he made sure it was the correct one for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my situation made all the difference.

I highly recommend getting your screen protectors replaced in person at ZAGG, and definitely ask for Baris! Thanks to him, I left with exactly what I needed. Five stars...

I went to the Promenade Mall to purchase a new phone case, I went to the first stand in the mall and settled for a “blah” plain clear case. I needed a case and was in a hurry to just get the case and leave. I walked out on the lower level towards my car when I passed the Zagg stand and all the new iPhone cases and colors caught my eyes. These cases were more of what I was looking for instead of a plain clear case. As soon as I stopped to look I was greeted by Sergio with a huge smile and high energy! Sergio quickly asked what I liked and went to work pulling options out for me to try with my phone. As I was trying each case that caught my eye on my phone Sergio was mentioning all the different promotion they offered. I explained I just bought the case I had and I didn’t even like it! Sergio explained they would give me a discount to take the case off my hands. Sergio also explained the lifetime discount as long as I’m the one who has the phone and it’s the same phone I can get a new case anytime for $10!!!!!! This rating isn’t for this store location, as I’ve been coming here for years with no issues. This is for the person who replaced my screen protector today, Darrion. I noticed he didn’t even remove any dust/lint the first time he placed the screen protector on my phone. So of course, I get home and there’s a piece of debris/dust under the screen protector causing an air bubble, so I drove back to get it fixed. Instead of just redoing my screen protector, he just tried to remove the dust with tape. Asked if he could just replace and redo the whole thing, and he said try to fix it first. Sure enough I get home and noticed that when he removed the piece of dust, other pieces of dust got under my screen protector and now instead of 1 piece of dust under the screen protector, I have multiple.
