KOSOMI — Restaurant in Temecula

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my friend had at this establishment. She follows a halal diet and specifically asked if the food contained any meat other than crab, as she can only eat fish. She was assured that the only meat in the dish was crab. After she had already eaten, she offered some leftovers to us, and we immediately noticed that the food contained ham (we knew it was ham because we have had it before and know what it taste like, while she has never had ham and doesn’t know what it looks like).

When we brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they rudely dismissed the concern and blamed her, saying she should have "looked at what she was eating." This is completely unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that the information they are given about their food is accurate, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions.

Misinforming customers about ingredients is not just negligent—it’s dangerous and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially those with dietary restrictions or allergies, as they clearly do not take these...

The food is absolutely mouthwatering, if I'm being honest I had pretty low expectations, but that was thrown out of the park, the flavors of the food is so absolutely delicious I can't stress that enough, if you have the money, PLEASE help support this business, i genuinely believe they could expand sales outside of this mall.
