This place is a complete scam. Jerrod the manager is obviously not trained in customer service. Colby and Christian by the finest used car sales people out there, they over promise and clearly under deliver. Yes, the place may be new, but I have never seen anyone clean anything. The child care center is awful, it made me wonder if it was properly licensed. If anyone has signed up before 10/31/2015 and they are thoroughly disappointed by the product delivered, please contact me.
If you are thinking about joining this place, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing, or tape record your conversations because tons of verbal promises are made. I have had gym memberships for 20yrs, this place is the worst and it's not even open a month.
Take the following to heart before signing on the dotted line:
Arizona Health Spa Act Arizona law specifically regulates contracts used by health spas, clubs and gyms.
The law covers services or facilities that assist patrons in weight control, physical exercise, or figure development, including body building. Private clubs, owned and operated by members, such as the Y.M.C.A, and medical rehab facilities are exempt.
Any contract used by for-profit health clubs, must: Disclose the total amount to be paid under the contract; Not be for a term of more than 3 years from the date signed; Contain a notice that the customer may cancel the contract in writing, for any reason and at any time, within three "operating days" from the date signed. (An operating day is any day when the club's facilities are open to patrons.) A full refund must be made within 30-days, to any customer who timely cancels a new or "added services" contract with a health club.
Any health club contract that asks the consumer to sign away these rights under Arizona law, is voidable at the option of the consumer.
Unless the health club has been in operation for at least two years, it cannot ask more than a 20% down payment on any membership contract.
Arizona consumers who are considering a health club membership may have other rights. Read the contract carefully before you sign it.

Read the Arizona Health Spa Act. The contract they have you sign violates this law directly, amongst others.
Worst bait and switch scam I have seen in almost 20years. And they clearly don't care.
Yes, it's a gym, it has weights, very limited parking, dirty and limited kids area. Pool? Really, Maybe for 2 people at a time. Do yourself a favor and...

October 2024, was probably one of the hardest moments of my life and I was in a pretty deep depression for a good chunk of time. I decided February of 2025 that I really needed to change some things with my habits and lifestyle so I started hitting a gym nearby. I ended up leaving that gym and I came to Eos, specifically this location because it had a pool and I've always loved to swim. After talking with who at the time was one of managers, I got signed up for personal training as well because I wasnt confident in the gym or with the equipment.
That's when I met Josh, who is still my personal trainer. He took the time to get to know my health history, eating habits, and then we got to work. The first couple of sessions were hard due to my lack of confidence, strength and stamina, but he was patient with me, pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself and has helped me reach the fitness goals I had back in February, and now we are working on new ones. Josh is one of the sweetest people I know, and he has helped me feel so accomplished after every session at the gym. I am so much more confident with the equipment, my body and my ability to push myself on days when we aren't working together. Josh, if youre reading this, I love you so much. You're like a little brother to me, and I cant imagine you not in my life. You're seriously the best, and I am so blessed to have met you.
Ryan is another personal trainer there that is very knowledgeable, and is always willing to give advice. While him and I haven't worked closely together, he is really easy to get along with, and the progress I have seen over the months with him and his clients is beyond impressive. He is simply, "the bees knees". You're welcome Mr. Muscles lol.
Jameson has been training my fiancé and I have seen so much improvement. Jameson is also extremely knowledgeable and caters to each individual clients needs to help them reach their fitness goals.
All of the personal trainers at this EOS location are wonderful. They all take the time to personalize your workouts and if you are consistent with them and their routines, you will see results.
The front desk staff are so so sweet and welcoming as well. I adore Tovar, Anna and Chandler. They know me by name and they always greet me as im walking in the door. They are always ready to help with anything.
Chris the fitness manager is also like a brother to me. He is always on the ball, he is ready to assist or help, and genuinely listens to your fitness goals and caters his decisions to what you need. He is (in my opinion) the best fitness manager this gym location has had and he is one of my favorite people to see whenever I come in. He has been do supportive of me and my personal goals and has helped keep me motivated.
Rollin is another helpful friend who is so kind and trustworthy. He is knowledgeable, caring and very good at what he does in his position.
The gym itself may be a little on the smaller size. But its clean, has excellent equipment, an awesome pool and a wonderful sauna. At the front there are a bunch of different supplements, my personal favorite is the watermelon BCAA. And if you need a protein shake after a work out, or a pre-workout, they have that available to you.
Overall, the gym is great, but its the people that have made it so worth for me. They have turned into my family. I love them all deeply so much and I would do anything for them. They have given me the confidence to workout on my own, they have helped me stay disciplined to my workout routines, and they had faith in me when I certainly didnt have any in myself.
I love you all so much. Thank...
Read moreBeen going here for 6 months regularly in the early morning. Great gym, friendly staff, not pushy on signing up for personal training, clean men's locker room. There's an indoor lap pool, sauna, movie theater with treadmills in it, an area out back to work out outside, a spinning room and studio for group classes, plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, stationary bikes, etc at the front of the building. There's a child care area for kid-sitting, sufficient open area for warmups or calisthenics, at least 3 or 4, 4-sided cable machines, two more one sided ones against the wall, 3 squat racks, two Smith machines, two or three rows of misc isolation machines including assisted pull-up/dips. There are three dumbbell areas: one is near the open floor/calisthenics area with lighter dumbbells up to maybe 30lb. There's a couple adjustable benches there, with one decline bench. The second dumbbell area is outside out back, this one has heavier dumbbells up to ~100lb with two adjusting benches and a fixed seat. There's also a handful of machines, pull-up & dip bar, and deadlift platform out there. The third dumbbell area is inside, this one has much heavier dumbbells up to at least 150lb or so. There are 6 or so benches, some fixed, some adjustable, one decline and one fixed seat. This area also has two racks of fixed barbells, up to about 100lb in both straight and ez-curl. There's 3 bench racks for bench press, and 3 incline bench racks for incline bench. There's at least two seated leg press machines, and a standing one too. They recently added two deadlift platforms inside, between the squat racks and main dumbbell area.
There is ample sanitary spray and paper towel dispensers to keep stuff clean. 95% of the time these are stocked.
The crowd in the very early morning is light, there's never been a time where we weren't able to get access to a machine we needed for our routine, however occasionally we've had to rearrange our workout and do something out of order while a machine opened up. I've been a few times in the afternoon on the weekend and it is considerably busier, it's likely you will have to wait or work in with someone if you come during prime time. People who we have interacted with all seem friendly, there's not been any angry incidents. Occasionally some folk will come in and be dropping weights and slamming stuff down, which can sometimes be distracting. I haven't seen the staff ever intervene or reprimand, but it's also not been a big enough deal to complain either. There's a definite handful of regulars who do take care of the place and keep it clean.
There is a NO CHALK rule, which is fairly common. Rarely, I have seen chalk being used lightly, but for the most part you don't see it. I wouldn't recommend trying to use chalk at this gym.
The water from the water fountain SUCKS ( big surprise! ) Do yourself a favor and bring enough good water for yourself.
The music played in the gym is a pop/electronica mix. There's plenty of TV's with the news on. The gym is well lit and cool temperature, very large fans on...
