I am Ripped Off and Cheated. I bought $3000 worth of jewelry from Native Bay in October 2015. I returned $909 of that merchandise that same month. I have proof it was delivered. Despite over 10 calls to the business since November 2015, I have been told that November and December are their busy season so they could not process the refund. Since January 2016, I have left 6 messages requesting a return call but never receive a call back. Native Bay has stolen my money and is dodging my calls. The pendant that I ordered from Native-Bay is gorgeous and my daughter who loves owning and wearing Navajo and other authentic Native Americans' jewelry will be delighted with this pendant that I plan to put on an 18" chain and give to her for Christmas. I am SO HAPPY with their beautiful jewelry. After my first purchase, all of my Christmas presents are coming from Native-Bay. I'm especially glad they are created by Native American artisans. Also, when I looked at the cost, I couldn't believe it. I hope they up their prices so they get paid what they're worth. Their quality and uniqueness are outstanding. So is their service.
