THIS IS NOT OKAY.. I purchased a washer and dryer on Monday with my debit card and after not receiving a delivery timeframe call on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery like I was told by Jeremy, I called up there. They were in a corporate meeting but Nikki took the call. She couldn't find my invoice by my number, my mom's number or email. I told her I had a copy and proof and delivery being the reason for the call. Nikki eventually found my order with the wrong number and email on it as well as a delivery date that was for Saturday when I was told Wednesday. That didn't sit well with me so I headed up there. Jeremy had excuse after excuse. He explained how he made up the email as it didn't matter according to him( I told him you never asked for one!) 😕 he had my number on a sticky note and not the invoice and started lying .. what he could do for me for the inconvenience is get it delivered Saturday and refund the delivery fee after it's been delivered. I explained to him how he was still lying and Nikki told me over the phone that Saturday was the date that he had initially changed it to so he wasn't doing me any favors! When I came in on Monday the day before, he approached me! While helping me , my mom and I were having to keep correcting him on information and his excuse was he was eating his lunch and needed a break, he's sorry he's messing up so much so I should of just took the sign and left tbh I hate that I didn't and figured him being a manager would get it together and everything would be fine but it wasn't ! I'm a disabled Veteran, student and single mother of three, I told him if I wasn't getting the appliances like I paid for with my DEBIT card that I needed a refund. He didn't ask for my card or anything but printed out a paper and said he refunded me. I ran back into the store to ask when I would receive the refund as the document stated no such information nor my card information. He assured me that he did the refund and that it takes 7-10 business days but usually sooner. I said it shouldn't take long usually once initiated my bank lets me know that it'll be available in a couple days or the next as it's my debit and especially the funds just came out. Usually when a refund is initiated I would receive a notification that day telling me a refund had been initiated and when to expect it into my account.( See example picture) After receiving no such thing all day , I contacted my bank and they said that no refund was initiated at all ! I also spoke to them on chat ( 2 representatives and then a manager and the claims department on the phone to make sure that they didn't see anything at all on their end ) they assured me that they would be able to see it if it was and that NO REFUND WAS INITIATED ( I have attached pics of a representative stating that I was lied to basically) . This is so frustrating as they took my money and haven't refunded it yet ! I'm currently out of $1337.50!!!! Not okay🤬 I will be calling/looking for corporates information since Jeremy is the manager! My bank wouldn't lie.. Even though the invoice has the wrong number it's my correct address so I will not post it but I will have those documents for corporate. BEWARE, BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING'S CORRECT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! God bless

My fiancé and I are first time home buyers. The first time we came in we were instantly greeted by Randy. We explained to him what we were looking for (flat top stove & refrigerator) originally I wanted black appliances. Randy explained that because of this pandemic and the wear house is selling black appliances faster than they can make them, I ended up changing my mind and getting stainless steal. We needed our appliances ASAP, Randy went the extra mile to show me what Lowe’s had in stock and showed me that if I bought my appliances from there that I would have to wait over a week to get them. I quickly decided I wanted my appliances from Appliance Factory. Randy is patient & listens to what you say or any concerns you may have. Being first time home buyers, we were unsure what brand to get. Randy explained each brand in depth and explained the differences between them. We then came back for a second time for a stainless steal microwave. (We have to wait for that to come in, unfortunately that wasn’t in stock… not Randy’s fault). We asked for Randy again since he was so helpful the first time! I can’t thank Randy enough for all his help!!! We LOVE our new kitchen!!

Just wanted to share a great experience with major appliance purchase for the first phase of our kitchen renovation. Frank helped us with finding our dishwasher, cooktop, and microwave, making sure that all of the specifications (width/height/depth) were met. All three were easy installations. Microwave worked but didn't heat (not an Appliance Factory issue), and Frank was able to help us out with finding the same model. Overall our experience was fantastic, thanks to Frank and his knowledge of the appliances, and his finding the items we needed. He was prompt with returning phone calls, if he was working with other customers. I think all of this is very important, as we didn't step foot in Appliance Factory to browse or purchase any of these appliances. My wife and I trusted Frank and believed that he would take care of us, and he certainly did. If you're looking to purchase appliances, Appliance Factory is the way to go, and Frank is the guy to help you. A five star experience, better than any of the big box retailers.

Just wanted to share a great experience with major appliance purchase for the first phase of our kitchen renovation. Frank helped us with finding our dishwasher, cooktop, and microwave, making sure that all of the specifications (width/height/depth) were met. All three were easy installations. Microwave worked but didn't heat (not an Appliance Factory issue), and Frank was able to help us out with finding the same model. Overall our experience was fantastic, thanks to Frank and his knowledge of the appliances, and his finding the items we needed. He was prompt with returning phone calls, if he was working with other customers. I think all of this is very important, as we didn't step foot in Appliance Factory to browse or purchase any of these appliances. My wife and I trusted Frank and believed that he would take care of us, and he certainly did. If you're looking to purchase appliances, Appliance Factory is the way to go, and Frank is the guy to help you. A five star experience, better than any of the big box retailers.

I usually don't write a review, but I just had to this time. We purchased a stove from Jeremy. He was very nice. He said he would have to get it from the warehouse and as soon as he "put eyes on it" he would call me. He never called. I tried calling several times, no answer. When I did get someone to answer they would tell me they were with a customer and they would return my call. You guessed it, no call back. I finally got a gentleman to answer and he told me he doesn't deal with Jeremy's invoices. I just wanted to know if my stove was there. He finally said, "yeah, it's here come and pick it up when you want it". Arrived at 4:40, because we both work. The man behind the counter acted put out. I then noticed the sign on the other register that said customer pick up was between 9 and 4. Maybe that is why he seemed upset. I gave him my receipt and he finally said it was in the store. He then printed out a paper, slid it toward me and told me to sign it. I picked it up to read it and he said, "it just says that you are picking up the stove". I read it and said, "no, it states that I have inspected the appliance and everything is okay". Very underhanded, if you ask me. He then said, "do you want me to take it out of the box?" I said, "yes, the paper said I need to inspect it". He again said, "do you want it out of the box?" I replied, "yes". He went to the back of the store and brought it out, cut the box open, and raised the box halfway up. "Look okay?" I said I wanted to see the top of the stove. I think that set him off. He tossed the box to the side. I inspected the stove, he slammed the box back on the stove, and wheeled it out to the truck. I always try to think that maybe the other person has had a bad day and not to react, but where has the customer service gone?? People pay a lot of money for an appliance and want to make sure it's not dented or scratched. I really don't think that is too much to ask. I need a dishwasher and refrigerator, but have decided not to return...

I am only giving two stars because Tim Ray was an excellent sales person. We purchased a fridge and dishwasher using financing, we purchased on Monday February 10th, we signed contracts through the finance company and everything was all set we live in Charleston so we were told delivery could only take place on Saturday. My husband James called Thursday the 13th and talked with Camille she said Tim Ray was off that day however she would give a call back about scheduling a day for people to come and install the dishwasher after delivery on Saturday. She never called back. My husband called Friday the 14th and was asking what time the fridge and dishwasher would be delivered Saturday was told they would call us back later in the day or early Saturday morning to let us know when delivery would take place. We NEVER got a call. My husband called Saturday around 10am, two hours after the store opened to find out what time our fridge and dishwasher would be delivered. Just to be told that nobody pushed the financing through so we weren’t getting a fridge or dishwasher today!!! Now we have to wait until Saturday the 22nd because they only deliver out of town once a week!!! On top of that no one called to tell us? We paid over $300 close to $400 for delivery and install of the dishwasher and fridge!!! Absolutely ridiculous! And the fact that no one called to tell us!!! We sold our older fridge yesterday so now we will have to rent one for our family for the next week, that’s is going to cost us another $175! I’m so beyond frustrated!
