Jersey College was the best choice could have made. I transferred from another school to Jersey College seeking the best institution that will allow me to be the most competent nurse I can be, and Jersey College was able to deliver that without a doubt. Jersey College will prepare you for passing the NCLEX on the first try. Jersey College has an easier process to get into but once you’re in you will have to put in the work just like any other nursing program. Nursing school is still nursing school and it is a demanding program anywhere you go! As long as you have the determination to finish the program, you will finish and JC will allow you to leave prepared for the nursing field. The professors are great and the clinical instructors are excellent. All faculty are well educated, professional, and truly care about helping you excel in your nursing journey. I use to travel from Queens, NY to get to school every day and a year later I can look back and say I am so grateful to have made the right choice for my kids and myself. Thank you so much to all the faculty for the amazing support during my time at Jersey college pursing my LPN and I cannot wait to enroll in the LPN to RN...
Read moreRecent Grad at Jersey college teterboro campus! It was an experience from my 1st day to my Final day. I learned so much as the terms went by but when I got to the last term EVERYTHING I was learning MADE SENSE and came together. I traveled from Queens Ny (start of Long Island) area via car when I was lucky and public transportation when I had no choice. The struggle was real with transportation but it was done. The instructors are very knowledgeable and competent! They work w/ you if you work with them. Ask Questions if you're unclear. Katie in the Library is so helpful. Stay clear of “clicks” if it's not beneficial & you will do great! I did very well w/ my ATI & HESI Exit & Completed my Nclex w/ 85 Questions. I worked part time while attending school at a hospital in long island as a Phlebotomist & recently transferred to the Rehabilitation side of the same hospital now as an LPN. I'm looking forward to continuing my education & starting the Bridge program in the near future. Just remember “ It always seems impossible until it's...
Read moreIf you’re looking for an institution that will support you, build you up, encourage you on your journey to becoming a nurse, this place is not it.
When you begin the school, they make it seem as if that’s what you will get, but as you go along with the program you will see how horrible it is.
This place is all about money. They don’t treat their students with respect, the professors are lazy, they do the bare minimum to assist the students, and majority of the classes you have to teach yourself. Your home life should be nonexistent when you go here, so if you have a family to take care of, this is not the place for you.
The school has a good NCLEX pass rate because they weed out the students that are doing average work, and kick them out of the program so their ratings won’t drop. They support the students that cheat right through the program, which is crazy!
I know my review may not mean anything to most, because people are still going to attend, but I needed to let it be known that this school is garbage!
this is for the...
