$11 CFA meal in 2024.. was $5 in 2020... Bidenflation to the extreme!

Update 07-14-2021 After a year of useless lockdowns, you are finally able to eat inside again like normal human beings with no masks! Today the indoor line was 25 minutes because they had 1 cashier with the line going out the door. There were 2 open registers next to this cashier, but for whatever reason, they only used 1 cashier which of course makes the line wait super long. Inside was clean and employees were nice. The cashier was slow and it was impossible to understand him due to his employer requiring him to wear a mask. Need to open up all 3 registers, have 3 cashiers and get rid of employee masks so the customers can hear and understand them better.

Update 12-15-2020 Now no humans, just kiosks. Absolutely no place to scan your cellphone app to add or redeem points at kiosk, nor at the order confirmation box. Just 1 more thing making chickfila less and less friendly. First they took away indoor dinning and free refills. Then indoor ordering. Now no more adding and redeeming points. Thanks.

Update 11-16-2020 5 drive thru lanes opened..no dine in.. 45 minute lines reaching back to costco. Time for management to open indoor dinning and close this chaos circus of a drive thru! At the entrance, 2 lanes switch to 5 lanes.. switch to 2 lanes(after ordering).. switch to 1 lane to turn around a bend... switch to 2 lanes(to remind an employee what you just ordered 20 mins ago)... switch to 1 lane(payment area).. switch to 2 lanes(food pickup).. switch to 1 lane to exit.. No lie. No exageration. I am curious how many vehicle accidents and or road rage have been caused by this madness of a drive thru? If the manager/owner is reading this.. please open the dinning room! Enough of this mess! 45 minutes to get fast food?

Visited here often during the stupid lockdowns of 2020. Usually it takes aboit 15 mins to order and get your food. However, today, July 22, 2020 it is raining outside, so they refuse to let any employees work outside. This is reasonable. What is a joke is that they STILL will not allow any customers to walk inside and order food! Its been 4 months since the start of the stupid lockdowns. Restaurants are now allowed outdoor dinning, indoor ordering. Yet this CFA location wont budge and forces all customers into a huge line of cars. Mind you the drive thru here is poorly designed where 2 lanes of cars merge into 1 lane, back into 2 lanes, back into 1 lane and finally back into 2 lanes. This is no exageration. With employees outside directing traffic, this nightmare line is 15 to 25 mins. But if it rains.. forget it! No employees outside, so 45 mins to 1 hour wait!

Whoever the owner is of this CFA, please open up this location for indoor ordering with a human being. You will be able to serve thousands of more customers and they will be very happy not having to wait so long for food.

Let me 1st preface this review stating I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in over 3 years. I was excited to have this treat! When I rolled up, there was an extraordinary long line but I intended to go inside for the dining experience anyway. I waited a pinch longer than I wished to, but timing was still very reasonable considering the guy in front of me spent almost $50. I always love to entertain myself by giving a funny name when they asked what to put the order under. :) When I started to unpack my meal at the table and reached in for the Mac and Cheese I was pleasantly surprised how heavy it was. I cleaned my hands with a perfectly sized Purell paper wet wipes they gave me and began to dig in. When I asked the gentleman at the register if the Mac and Cheese was crispy and baked or soft and creamy he said bolth, he was 100% right! I'm not sure if I could get the crispy baked part in the picture I'm gonna upload, but I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED the best Mac and cheese of any fast food joint! I got the spicy breaded sandwich. I requested extra pickles no tomato (oddly they don't have onions on the menu at all) and it came with lettuce, and no sauce. The chicken was so moist, and the bread was so soft (I wouldn't be surprised if it was steamed) that it did not even require mayonnaise! The spiciness was moderate and I wish the breading had more flavor, but still good. Another thing that caught my attention is that the cheese was not melted, it was perfectly warm and did not take away from the sandwich at all. Now for the fries... I asked for them to be well done & they were great as well. I dipped them in the garden herb ranch, which was absolutely delicious! I also Dipped the fries in their Buffalo sauce which I thought was just average. Lastly, for the diet lemonade. It tasted a little off, it did not stop me from getting a refill though, I would associate the taste with the sugar free Splenda sweetener that they used. I couldn't end this review without commenting on the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I mean this in a respectful way, everybody seemed like they were Joyful Elves in Santa's Workshop. Even if the food was mediocre, which it definately was not, I would come back just for the service and environment. This is my experience today at this place. My 5 yo autistic son was playing there in the playroom and one girl started crying I rushed up to see what happened my son was near the slide and the girl was on the edge of the sliding tunnel I did not see why the girl was crying when I came down with girl. Then all of suddenly her indecent Asian father started screaming at me and my son saying he pushed her several time he saw from outside and I didn’t do anything and blah blah started using F words many time going back and fourth inside the eating area in front of everyone who are having their food. He started shouting at me when I asked him many time come inside talk to me nicely, One second I was just shocked the way he started yelling as if something happened very bad. Other lady also stated telling him it’s just how kids play calm down. He could have just told me if he saw my son was troubling her instead of sitting outside and watching until your daughter cry. even when she cried I rushed up not her parents but he was more focused when he can start the fight. I was on seating area inside the play area I did not see anything happening up, my son was sliding actually. But chick file service guy came and asked me to leave after trying to calm that Asian guy down. The parents could have just told me nicely if my nonverbal son pushed that girl I would have definitely handled the situation and my son but he just showed his whatever frustration on my autistic son and me in public area. I never thought chick file worker will ask us to leave without even realizing what happened there. I was telling him stop yelling, don’t talk to me he was coming on to me with his loud mouth. It was very obvious that Asian Karen wasn’t even know how to talk and handle when it’s between kids silly thing. I know my son he might try to play with the girl in the slide and he can’t communicate with her but he would never hurt any kids purposely. People need to learn how to behave otherwise you are just teaching your kids to be like you when they grow up.
