I had to change my review. Unfortunately, Amazon fails to tell you about mandatory overtime, which they do suddenly, and never update the schedule in the screen for your shift. I hour flex is really tiring, especially if you work 2 shifts and they give you 1 hour flex in both shifts, not caring if you're tired. Besides that, they have poor communication skills, as in using a loudspeaker, in a warehouse with alot of noise, to tell you the 30 minute flex has become a 1 hour flex, and don't bother updating the monitor or tell you in person the flex has changed. Some managers will warn you about using cellphones and give you warning, these same managers won't question when an employee uses the bathroom for 1 hour and only comes out when the shift ends Late March 2023 they have been forcing mandatory full 1 hour up flex, no reason, overworking the workers, not caring if they're tired. They promised no more mandatory flex up after the holidays, comes later January-early February, more flex ups. No VTO's Late April. They give out some VTO's, only some days, not other days where they force workees to stay mandatory flex up. And thanks to this flex up, there aren't enough scanners and label makers, in fact batteries used to take at least 1 hour to fully charge, that there are barely charged batteries and not enough to go around June. Now they're flexing up hard, especially during the weekends, because they're gonna finish this month, likely but not quite sure. Again there is a low chance of VTOs They never told workers about the changing policies like now using 1 pair of gloves per, week. They also decide to change excused absences to have expiration dates. Some managers are nice, others treat you worse and think they own the building. Reason? Being told by said manager to stay until your shift ends. The policy was if you punch in 5 minutes early, you punch out 5 minutes early. Today that manager showed me how some treat their workers. They may have changed some shifts to better accommodate others, yet they still can't update the screens to show how long the flex is, or falsely assuring that the flex is normal, only to added up without notice March 2024 they have dismissed white badges because blue badges complained there wasn't enough work because of them. This warehouse didn't ask other blue badges, since they tend to be overworked due to working other jobs amd because of age. Now this site is flexing up yet again, making people stand since there isn't that much work April 2025. Changed wrap down, won't aid in changing your schedule. Because they need all the help they can get for the weekends, and you better ask hr, not that they'll help. And no people won't plan on stating...

āThis facility turned out to be one of the worst places Iāve ever had to stop. To begin with, the organization of the access roads is completely unplannedāthere are constant traffic jams at both the entrance and exit, which significantly increases waiting time. The facility is in terrible condition: cracked pavement, potholes, and ruts that make the truck shake as if driving off-road. There are no services availableāno trash cans, no basic amenities like restrooms, or even access to drinking water.
Furthermore, the lighting is very poor. At night, the area is practically unlit, and I had to use a flashlight to avoid tripping over something. Safety is also a major concern: no cameras, and the staff doesnāt monitor the area at all. It feels like youāre completely on your own here.
To top it all off, the customer service was extremely unpleasant. I was insulted to the point where I seriously considered calling the police. I decided against it out of sympathy for the worker, but it was an extreme case that greatly impacted my overall experience.
The cost of using this facility is completely unjustified given the level of service and condition. For this price, I expected much better, but instead, I left disappointed. As a truck driver who has spent plenty of time on the road and at various stops, I can say that I have no intention of coming back here. I strongly recommend avoiding this facility if you want to save your time...
