Did the Gold Rush for my first Escape room experience. I with with a date and we were paired with 2 other adult couples who'd booked the same theme/time. You solve mental puzzles to determine codes or keys that unlock boxes. Each box contains clues to solve more mental puzzles. You progress through a few "rooms" and go down a slide. If you want, you can push a button on the wall to attain additional clues if you're feeling stumped. There's a countdown clock on the wall and you have 1 hour to solve all the puzzles. The Gold Rush is a 7/10 difficulty. It definitely took all our minds working as a team to solve all the puzzles. We didn't really use the additional clues and escaped with time to spare. They gave us all a sticker to celebrate big moment. I enjoyed the experience - would definitely return to try another theme. After we escaped we were given the option to play another game for 40% off or buy gift cards for a future visit at 20% off. I originally booked the the wrong day by mistake - called to change it with no issues. Then, day of, I was running behind and was able to push back my game time from 7pm to 8pm (switching from Prison Break to Gold Rush). Staff was super friendly and accommodating over the phone and in person.

Fun! Adrenaline! Anxiety! Pressure! Excitement! Etc… all the things that make something worthwhile, right?. I have now had the pleasure of visiting this location twice. The first time was several weeks ago and we booked The Depths, we were booked at 10 and when I say stoked (HUGE understatement), the last time we did an escape room it was Orlando and we stayed in the same room for the entire game… we were BAD! We had thought we would be the only two playing as no others had booked. When we arrived 3 other players had joined but to be honest it was worth it. We had fun, we gave tasks to each other and we almost solved it. This most recent time, there was three of us and since this was our group, It was so much fun. We did Gold Rush… & man was it a rush! We had an excellent time! I have never laughed so hard or have had the pleasure of being so excited to just open a door in my life. (Remember Orlando and 1 room) We escaped this room and still had 18:40 left. Next room… The Playroom.

We went here for our team bonding event. Philip our game master was absolutely fabulous. To top it off he complimented my shoes, which are rainbow and told him I had just come from pride. He was super bummed he didn't get to go due to work. I promised him some goodies after our game. I brought him some rainbow beads and bracelets and he was super happy and thanked me over and over. In all honesty, it is HIM we should be thanking!! He made our team bonding one to remember by printing out some of our characters and hiding them in the escape room to find. To top it off, he made our bosses cards with drawings and times on them and me a happy pride card signed by the staff. Philip, Haley,Steve, Lauren, Nick, and Bryden ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND SUCH GREAT INDIVIDUALS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE IF YOU WANT A WONDERFUL AND FUN EXPERIENCE!!!

My wife and I had a night out at Grandscape in The Colony this last Friday night. We had made reservations earlier for The Escape Game, and got to their location about 15 minutes early. Checked in with no problem, and when it was time our host Emily took us to our game, Special Ops (just one of 6 that they currently have on site.) After a brief description of what our objective was and a couple of instructional videos, we were given an hour to try and "escape" our Special Ops objective. We had a BLAST...and no kidding...figured everything out and escaped with 27 seconds left on the clock. I can't recommend this location, and rooms, enough. We had done an "IT" themed escape room in Las Vegas, and didn't think anything could rival that...but this one was fantastic. 5 stars!

This place is SO much fun if you and your friends love puzzles. The challenges are so well thought out and the difficulty levels are perfectly labeled. Everything is gorgeous to look at and the scenery is well developed. If you want to come, make sure to book ahead because it gets pretty busy on some days. If it’s your first time going, choose one of the lower difficulties. However, if you are very experienced, definitely try their hardest escape- Prison Break. We were a seasoned group and had so much fun working through all the puzzles together. I have to give a special shout out to our escape master Lily H. She was so kind, funny, and attentive. She gave us the perfect level of hints for the puzzle and didn’t spoil anything. When we come back, I hope to see her again.
