Definitely our lease favorite stop during our trip. While visiting Dallas we decided to visit Grandscape and try out the escape room, now because we are not familiar with the area we had a hard time finding it causing us to be just a couple minutes late so the group got started that wasn’t an issue, it was the attitude and their service I’m assuming it was because we were late then my husband had to use the restroom while we waited on someone to take us to the room the host began to talk to other employees about how we were already late and now have to use the restroom it kind of frustrated us but we decided to stay since we already paid what really ruined the night is when he referred to us as those ppl with attitude on the walkie talkie “those ppl are back from the restroom” then said “is anyone gonna come take these others to the depths” at that point my husband was ready to go we’ve never experienced this before I talked him in to staying we get inside the room already a party of 4 there despite our efforts to assist we were ignored and treated like we were not even there it was overall not an inviting experience and a waste of money it killed our entire vibe for the night I hate that I convinced him to go here for his escape room experience and even more that I convinced him to stay despite the red flags. If you are a person of color I would say tread lightly

**Update: The manager called me today and assured me that the behaviors of the staff was not acceptable and apologized for the experience. The apology was much appreciated and I look forward to a different experience next time...

I booked The Escape Game in The Colony, TX for a team-building event, and it could not have been a better experience! The booking process was quick and easy, and the manager, Jon, was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He made everything smooth and stress-free.

When we arrived, the staff greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm. Miracle, who guided us through our game, was especially amazing—friendly, sweet, and very thorough in explaining the rules and expectations before we got started.

We chose the Timeliner: Train Through Time room, rated 7/10 in difficulty, and it was the perfect challenge. The setup was clean, creative, and so well thought out. It gave my team the opportunity to really communicate, collaborate, and problem-solve together. Watching everyone work as a team to escape was such a rewarding experience!

This was not only a fun and exciting activity, but also an excellent team-building exercise. My staff had the best time, and we left with smiles, laughs, and great memories. I highly recommend The Escape Game for any occasion—team-building events, family outings, or just a fun night out with friends. There are several different rooms to choose from, so there’s something for everyone.

Huge thanks to Jon, Miracle, and the entire staff for making our experience so enjoyable. We can’t wait...

Did the Gold Rush for my first Escape room experience. I with with a date and we were paired with 2 other adult couples who'd booked the same theme/time.

You solve mental puzzles to determine codes or keys that unlock boxes. Each box contains clues to solve more mental puzzles. You progress through a few "rooms" and go down a slide. If you want, you can push a button on the wall to attain additional clues if you're feeling stumped.

There's a countdown clock on the wall and you have 1 hour to solve all the puzzles. The Gold Rush is a 7/10 difficulty. It definitely took all our minds working as a team to solve all the puzzles. We didn't really use the additional clues and escaped with time to spare. They gave us all a sticker to celebrate big moment.

I enjoyed the experience - would definitely return to try another theme. After we escaped we were given the option to play another game for 40% off or buy gift cards for a future visit at 20% off.

I originally booked the the wrong day by mistake - called to change it with no issues. Then, day of, I was running behind and was able to push back my game time from 7pm to 8pm (switching from Prison Break to Gold Rush). Staff was super friendly and accommodating over the phone...
