Second edit: Me and my fiancé, literally the exact same night, just moments before went to PF Changs. They also thought that we were inebriated. Management came and spoke to us before anything progressed, and the situation was resolved within moments. Luckly, the GM has a daughter who is Autistic as well and understands. There is no reason why management at this establishment could not have done the same instead of coming to escort us off the property, or have done their job and 'managed' better. Just because we don't walk, talk, speak and perceive as you do, it does not mean that we are to be judged. This happens to us even when we go to Walmart. We visit places that we are familiar with because of these problems. This situation confirms the reason why.
I will not be returning, nor will anyone in my family. They don't even deserve one star. On the thirtieth of march, my fiance and I decided to go. Both her and I are autistic. The service it was not good and uh, and one of the team members was flickering his tongue and blowing kisses to my fiance as we were going up. I tapped on the window to get his attention to let him know that we did not approve. We went around one time faster than it should have been. And we're met by management and escorted off of the property. When I inquired of the person's name, I was told it is not my business that I need to leave. I have called multiple times and left messages inquiring about a refund of the $47 I spent. No one has made contact with me. If this is the way they treat paying customers, I don't want to be a part of it.
Edit: Finally got a reply, days later. I was told the cameras only saw a couple that was inebriated. As previously said, we are autistic. If you are going to allow your workers to treat those who are different this way, my comments above stand. Just because we don't walk and talk like you do does not give you the right to act as you have. Then, to calim, we were intoxicated? Really? It's a shame the world has...

Read moreThis is a very average "experience". TLDR: skip this and go next door to ride the Scheel's indoor ferris wheel.
If you have the disposable income to do this multiple times, then it's probably worth it. And you'll have a great time.
If you're concerned about the cost (~$20 per adult), or yours only ever go once because of the cost... Just skip it. It's not worth it.
Yes, it has good views, there are nice and air conditioned pods. We went during a summer weekday with family, teens, and 4 little boys. They all loved it.
BUT, if you consider that the Scheel's sporting goods store is a short WALK within the same shopping area, GO THERE INSTEAD. The Scheel's ferris wheel is smaller, but it "feels" higher??? (Maybe because it's all indoor??). And on top of that Scheel's only charges ONE DOLLAR per person!!! THAT is an amazing deal.
So I recommend to skip the big wheel, go next door to Scheel's and ride the indoor one. Scheel's also won't try to upsell you for additional photos.
Note: I'm a self-procalimed penny-pincher (for some things). So take the above with a...
