I recently had such a heart warming experience with this company. I had won something and couldn’t attend because my husband had just had emergency surgery. I told them to give my win to someone else. They reached out with a heart felt sympathy and also gave me a gift card to use when things get better. Wow!! My friend and I visited Willow House for the first time today hoping to find a few cute items. We walked in and the 2 girls behind the counter looked our way, then looked away (neither were with a customer). No greeting at all. I can't resist this shop anytime we go to Grandscape (which is about once a week!). They have a mix of trendier and classic pieces, so you can probably find something whether you're in your teens or in your 50s. They even have a little room for baby clothes, toys, and books. Merchandise turns over pretty regularly too, so if you see something you like, get it! Prices that I've seen run from about $40 to $110, depending on the item...
