My husband and I visited this store for our 11th anniversary, spending $560 on three anklets and an earring. One of the anklets, made of real gold, fell off and was lost after just three days. I’m devastated—not just because of the cost of this "not-so-permanent" jewelry, but because it held significant sentimental value.
While they did warn that lost items wouldn’t be replaced, I never imagined something so expensive would break so quickly. I reached out to inform them of the issue and requested a reasonable discount to replace it, as spending another $400 on what I believe to be a faulty product doesn’t make sense.
The representative who called me back could barely communicate in English, which made the experience even more frustrating. The person at the store had spoken English fluently, so I was confused as to why they would assign someone who struggled to communicate for customer service calls. He also claimed he couldn’t find our transaction, which was only located after I shared my receipt. During the call, he constantly interrupted, stuttered, and repeated phrases like "so sorry" without addressing my concerns.
As a trilingual business owner, I understand the importance of good communication and customer service. Sadly, this business fell far short of those standards. I’m heartbroken over the loss of time, money, and sentiment associated with this purchase and will never...

There were two people ahead of me that we were ahead of me. I came back 30 minutes later and the two people ahead of me were still waiting. I sat right outside the store waiting with my dog. 10 minutes later, we walked back in and sat inside. Then the store clerk came up to me and said sorry we’re gonna have to close at eight and we don’t have time to take you. I said but “I’ve been waiting for almost an hour” to which he replied “yeah that’s my bad. The people we had took longer than I thought.” I said “I think you should still make time for me since you told me to come back and I waited for an hour and he said “no he can’t. He was going to take the two people ahead of me and that was it. “
so after spending an hour there I left with nothing. Terrible...
Read moreI had been looking to get a permanent bracelet for some time and found Toi & moi and was impressed by the pictures of the selections they had compared to the other nearby options. I tried making an apptmt but they were booked out on the days I could come in so I decided to take my chances with a walk in. Luckily they were available and were able to help me right away. I picked two dainty chains to complement each other because one just seemed too plain and barely noticeable. They measured out my wrists and I was able to get them placed and we were done within minutes! I really like them and started getting compliments from my coworkers right away.
I liked them so much I came back to look into the necklace options and he was able to help me customize my own dainty necklace (non-permanent this time per request) with a cute...
