Studio B Photography and Gallery — Attraction in Tigard

Beautiful memories start with wonderful photos. Our Fall Family Pictorial has been an annual tradition since we moved to Oregon 5 years ago. Our previous photos were taken at a big box studio. We turned up, shot a few photos, and then left. I felt rushed and uninspired. The photos looked so-so too.

When I chanced upon Prints Charming Photography 2 years ago I was expecting the same "come in, pose, smile, get out" treatment. BUT, the total experience far exceeded my expectations.

Brian was warm and welcoming from the start, He took the time to get to know us. When I said I had wanted an outdoor shoot, he immediately knew where to go. Going to outdoor shoots take time but never did I feel that Brian was watching the clock or rushing my family of four through the process. My husband put on his best smile and my 2 teen-age daughters enjoyed experimenting with different poses.

Taking the photos was only one part of this amazing adventure. Brian alloted time in his studio for us to view the photos in his huge tv. He even thought of playing music and accommodated our requests for zooming in on faces or comparing among photos. It was difficult to narrow down our choices. All the photos Brian took were winners.

Still, choices had to be made. I now have the photos in CD. I just had Costco print Christmas cards using one of the photos and the colors are crisp and clear. I can't wait to send the cards to my friends.I also have the photos on my computer, my Facebook, and on my desk as they remind me of wonderful moments with my family. These are memories to last a lifetime!

For the first time, it became an option to source high school senior photos through more than one vendor. As a parent, I became aware of this late and the yearbook deadline was quickly approaching.

Prints Charming Photography jumped in, offered our high school an exclusive offer and aided in hosting in-studio sessions for our seniors. For a flat fee, I was able to take my only child to a professional studio and meet the short deadline.

Brian was working with a child that WILL NOT let you take his picture. What Brian got was a REAL picture of him that captures not the ideal look - but a real look...a look that emulates my child's original spirit, intensity and feels like he is right in front of you in person. I LOVE it.

We are currently in flux and it is the holidays....he was willing to work with me to aid me in obtaining one of the most cherished possession a Mother can have....a professional picture of my son.

I highly recommend working with Brian to capture what time can not hold, the image of your child...while they still are home. Priceless is in play.

My son's position with a large company emailed him with a request for "head shots" and gave him a window of four days. He was going to get a friend to do them for him , but his friend was not a professional at photography , I suggested to him not to do that so I went on google to look up "the best head shot " photo's in Portland area , and that's when I found Prints Charming. I left a phone message and I had a return call in less than an hour AND we were booked later that day at 1:00. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were WOW'd by the service and the professionalism not to mention the beautiful studio Brian has. Brian made my son at ease and gave him some direction and tips to get over camera fear, which he used a week later when he went on The Canadian Shopping Channel and did GREAT ! .
