nice guys who run this place - but not a lot of traffic... been back three times to see if things could get any better, but the one fella couldn't figure out how to get my sandwich on to the bread I'd asked for (not a deal breaker, but if you're the only customer, and the guy can't figure it out- ah well) It's convenient, since it's across the street from where I work, but I won't bother to go back a-n-y-m-o-r-e. There's a 'Subway' less than a mile down the road that produces a much better and tastier sandwich for the same price.
It's not the local operator's fault, but the corporate folks don't seem to be able to figure out how to make Big Town Hero a "real" sandwich shop. "Chicken Fajita" Sandwich? Read moreI was disappointed with the staff overall. The woman running the register looked as if she didn't want to be there, and didn't really show any interest in how to do her job. My bread was burnt, hardly anything on the sandwich either. My sandwich tasted like nothing but burnt bread. You couldn't taste the meat or cheese at all, on top of it I got sick off of it, literally sick from it. As my food was being made you could her the employees in the back complaining about something. I will never be back, I should have never bothered returning this...

It wasn't bad, but I guess I was expecting a little more. The regular sandwich was big and you can easily split it for a couple meals or for later. It wasn't really anything special. Sort of wished they had (or maybe I should have requested) seasoned the tomatoes and lettuce a little more and used more mayo. It was kind of a bland, subway-esq sandwich. The bread held up nice though. It's a chain restaurant btw.
Tldr; it was OK - I wouldn't recommend it to someone else, but would eat...
