He patiently showed me numerous options until we found the perfect one, and then went above and beyond by personally sourcing the finest diamonds and crafting a ring that exceeded all expectations.

My fiancé and I have had an incredible experience with Kyle at this location!! We purchased our wedding bands through him and he was very knowledgeable and understanding of our price range! We both left with beautiful bands and even came back to get the “piece of my heart” done. They put my birth stone into my fiancés ring and then his into my ring - it didn’t take long and was so special to have done!

I went to have my ring resized at Zevar Jewelers in the Orland Park mall, and they lost the piece of my heart stone. We were so upset! They even went as far as to accuse us of taking it out and blaming them. (We came back within 10 seconds of picking up the ring and noticing it was gone). Long story short, they are the absolute worst and would not give us the money for the stone they lost. They ended up replacing it with a solid light blue stone, nothing like the alexandrite we had previously. We were so upset that we went back to Kyle to have him check it out just to see if we got totally screwed.

Kyle looked at it and helped us to feel better, even though Zevar definitely put a different stone in and we had spent so much time dealing with that terrible place. In the end, Kyle took our ring and told us he is going to take care of it and have the correct stone reinserted into the ring!! JUMANA, you are amazing! I need to start this review with her name, why is that you ask? Well Jumana was amazing at helping me every step of the way in the upgrade of the setting of my engagement ring. She literally put so much time and effort into helping me. I felt as if a good friend was helping me in perfecting and helping me love my ring. She wasn’t just trying to get another sale, she genuinely wanted me to be happy and to really fall in love with my ring. She knows what she is doing and will go above and beyond in helping her customers. We sent my ring off and while it felt like it took forever to come back, the wait was soooooo worth it. I love my ring and my fiancé loves it as much as I do. She literally left Target to come see me the night I came to pick it up, even though she was able to leave early from work, I mean cmon, she’s amazing!! I will definitely be returning to find my perfect wedding band with Jumana for me and my fiancé. I seriously cannot thank her enough and whoever is looking for help either in the process of upgrading or just getting that perfect engagement ring you must go and see her.
