The staff here often times are extremely rude and almost seem bothered by you if you need assistance. I have been a loyal customer of Gamestop for many years and have now come to terms with the fact that if I need anything else from a Gamestop in the future I will just need to travel to Melbourne or to Orlando for actual assistance. I have had other customers help me before the staff at Gamestop would (during midnight releases during the pandemic and was just left outside for 30 min while my calls were blatantly ignored) and have even been ridiculed on the phone for asking a question, for a service that I had received in the past and instead have just been met with sarcasm and condescending remarks. This particular location also never seems to having anything in stock and is constantly trying to push services or games that you have already informed them that you were not interested in, of which I'm sure is one of the many reasons why the service is so slow. I used to look forward to going to my local Gamestop ( in some other areas where I lived) the staff was always friendly, efficient and they even managed to make some pretty great recommendations. Read moreThe employee Krislyn was unbelievably rude and had a serious problem. First off it was my sons b day and he wanted to buy Minecraft. As were looking for the game in the store, I love over at the lady working "Krislyn" and she is making these weird and rude faces and eyes gestures towards me... I brushed it off and didn't think much of it. We go to her to ask for help finding the game we was looking for. She acts like she's typing and tells us she's sorry but they don't have it. We look around some more and sure enough find the game that she just lied to us about not having any in stock "Minecraft". Bottom line this employee is rude, fake, lies, and is clearly not even helpful at all. Read moreKrislyn was a great help, I messed up a little while trying to do a trade in and they made sure I didn't feel too bad about it. I forgot that I had a rechargeable back on my xbox controller and they found me a used stray backing. I also reset my xbox while at the house because I didn't realize that would make their job harder but they were super patient with me as I got the xbox all re-setup so they could check the memory. Thankfully there wasn't much of a line so I wasn't holding any other trade ins up with my mistakes.
