Walked in, saw multiple people waiting on food. There was no one behind the counter so we had to order from the kiosk, two cantina bowls. As we waited for our food, they would call order names and tell them the fryer was broken, and ask what they wanted instead. Guests were waiting 20+ minutes before being told their order was not going to be made, and they refused to give refunds to anyone who ordered from the kiosk, which was everyone since we had no choice to order from a person. Staff were rude and gave poor attitudes to customers asking for refunds. Some guests left without food since their time was more valuable, and we almost left if it wasn’t for the principle of wasting money. As this was going on, the whole crew stopped making food. The entire kitchen was EMPTY. They sat in an office and complained about the customers asking for refunds loud enough to hear it from the lobby. They were working on orders for the drive thru and ignored the lobby customers when they did get back. The manager said my name and our order was 2nd on the list. 10 minutes later, we asked again for a status on our order (mind you no customizations, just two cantina bowls) and they said my order did not exist. We watched them make our bowls and put them in a bag, which they left on the kitchen counter in the back for 5 minutes before realizing that was our order, even though we told them it was probably ours. As we were leaving, the police were there to assist customers in receiving refunds and starting a possible theft case for refusing. Some of the rice in the bowl wasn’t cooked when we finally did receive it and it was not as hot, since it was left on the counter as we watched it. We were telling people that walked in how our experience was going and to eat anywhere else, they shook our hand and thanked us for saving them time and stress. 100% the worst ran and experience I’ve had with a Taco Bell. Do yourself the favor, go to...
Read moreOn Christmas Eve we had ordered 65 Dollars worth of food. The food was made wrong, basically everything was plain for no reason when on the receipt they arent listed as so. And the 2 Taco Party Packs looked like every Taco was drowned in water and had the rest of the condiments thrown into it after. Everything fell apart of every Taco that we had opened from the Taco Party Packs. We have 2 seperate houses of kids that ate each of these Taco Party Packs. Most of the kids literally cried and threw their food away. We called down to this Taco Bell on 3343 Columbia Blvd Titusville, Florida, Store # 022595 and talked to a manager by the name of Mrs. Dee. She stated an apology and was very kind and offered to replace the Whole Order on Thursday, the day after Christmas. We agreed to this and made something to eat for the night. We go in tonight, Thursday, December 26th and talk to the two Managers. Mrs Crystal and a Mr. Jimmy. Mrs Crystal states they talked to their Boss, im assuming their Area Director or District Manager/GM, and they stated they Couldnt replace the whole Order only about half of it. They Circle what they are replacing on the receipt and thats it. We ask for her Bosses Number and Mrs. Crystal states she couldnt give me his number which I knkw is a lie. An ex Taco Bell Manager from a different store was standing right next to me and told me it was a lie. And after these events actually turned her food back to them and said they wouldnt be coming back either because of how disrespectful they were being. Afterwards the Mamagers tell me to call 1800- TacoBell which we did, and submitted a report as well to Corporate to Review. This is rediculous considering multiple kids had to endure such disgusting food. It was a big disappointment considering we really do like Taco Bell too. This is just the most unbelievable experience ive ever...
Read moreAs I went through the drive-through, I wasn’t greeted with a pleasant. How can I help you? I was greeted with a very rude saying I can’t hear you speak up. I had not yet even spoken. I proceeded to give my order in the entire time the person behind the microphone, taking my order was very condescending. I brushed it off because I do understand that it’s New Year’s eve and proceeded to wait for my food. The line felt like it did not move at all. By the time I finally got to the window. I was greeted with a very rude attitude. I proceeded to give my card to try to brush the situation off still and as I was given my food, I wanted to check in the bag. Want to be told you need to pull forward twice while I said I need to make sure my food is in the bag. I didn’t bother to finish looking because I do understand that there are drive-through times and I’m not trying to take that time but when I look at the person who’s been rude the entire time and say have a good night I’m greeted with the response. It would be better if I wasn’t here. This was absolutely unexpectable. I have now pulled forward in the parking lot and checked my bag and it looks like majority of the contents were in there. As I pulled out into the main road, I reached in for one of Taco Bell’s delicious french fries only to feel a cold, soggy french fry and not just one but the entire batch. When I arrived at home, I opened the bag and was missing one of my Cantina tacos, and my Chalupa was opened on the...
