GameStop — Attraction in Town of Batavia

Today I bought the last Pokemon TCG 151 box online and then showed up right when the store opened. Employee told me that it was already sold and he cancelled my order. This seemed weird since the inventory online said 1 available and then after I purchased it, it said out of stock so clearly the website was updating just fine. After some thought I feel like the employee either cancelled my order to buy it himself or to save it for a friend or something. So anyways I ended up driving a total of almost 2 hours to be told the employee cancelled my order. I can't speak highly enough of the Batavia GameStop! It's an extremely well run store- the manager does a great job and the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. This location has what I need surprisingly often (for a small town store), even around Christmas when hot items are out of stock at both other retail and other Game Stops. They've saved the day multiple times. I've had mixed experiences with the chain as a whole, but this location is the best. I know GameStop is closing a lot of stores right now... Expensive! Employee was great but not a good value place. My son received a gift card so that was the only reason we went there. I had been there a few years back and things haven't changed.
