Gaspard Inc — Attraction in Town of Brookfield

If 0 star was an option I would definitely chose that. Order placed on Feb 12 and as per their shipping policy supposed to arrive within a week as it's just a shirt nothing custome made. Started calling them 3 weeks later for a whole week no clear and honest info from Gino. Got hold of another person who profusely apologized on his behalf and told me it's backordered and they have no idea when will be available. How honest is that? How difficult was it to give me a true information and even more inform me much earlier that it is backordered. Not a drop of respect and honesty in this company.

This in response to your response. My complaint is about your honesty and transparency. We all understand supply issues and that things can happen but none of that prevents you from good and honest communication with your clients....
