I have had the worst experiences with Lane Byrant customer service and the account holder Community Bank. Do not open a credit card with this company!! I repeat Do not open up a credit card with them. Community Bank consistently lies to you. Here's just one example. They withdrew 2 payments on my account. I happened to catch it when I was balancing my check book. I called my bank and my bank said they withdrew 2 payments of 80.00 from my checking account. My bank said all you have to do is call them and they can credit back one of the payments. I called them and spoke to a women who said it is not their fault and said I have to talk to my bank and have to do a return payment. Called by bank and they said to do the return i will get charged.. called Lane Byrant again and spoke to a women who admitted it was there fault. She looked at my records and she could see where both paymens were taken out exactly the same day and time. I said I wanted to talk with a supervisor and she said that her supervisor was not in until Monday and was assured a call back. Never got a call back. Long story short waited and my bank ended up returning the payment and lbryant charged me and would not remove the fee. Com bank continuesly lies. This is just one example. I will be reporting them and I am going to sue them. !! Also, I was so aggravated I pd off the entire amount except for the fee c bank charged me. I told them I was not paying this. Did not pay it. Just got off the phone with them pd late fee plus return fee. 75.46. Oh and here's another thing I have had the telep:reps lie to me on several occasions tell that if I make the payment in the store it will not count for that day. Now if anyone knows anything about retail if you pay in the store the same day payment is due especially withcash it counts. You could pay 5 min before store closes it and it counts for that day.oh and if you pay 5 minutes after cut off time on the phone they hit with a late fee more lies! I will...

Was not greeted by anyone working there and I saw at least 6 employees either talking with each other or customers at the register. Was shopping for bras and tried on 12 different kinds without a remotely good fit for any type in a few different sizes. Not happy with the merchandise or service.
