Read moreOrdered an engagement ring a few months ago somehow a chunk out of the middle of the diamond broke off I did indeed purchase a lifetime warranty sent it in to be fixed it was sent back unfixed they said they could not fix it I feel like I wasted my money and did not get proper service. As well as the workers did not seem to know what they were talking about in the jewelry section they did not know how to look up my warranty to get my ring fixed they kept passing it on to the next person the next person the next person had me waiting there for about two and a half hours just to send my ring in to be repaired then when I come in today to pick up my nonrepaired ring I'm standing there waiting for the lady who's right in front of me to ask me what I needed and instead she decided to assist a different customer and was quite rude to me. Between this and JCPenney's canceling credit cards and ruining my credit I can officially say that I am pretty much done and will never be back to JCPenney's they do not honor their warranties they do not know what their jobs are or how to properly do their jobs and I do not feel comfortable sending in a $6,000 piece of jewelry to someone who does not...
Read moreI needed an outfit for my son's graduation. We found pants, several ties, but couldn't find a short sleeved dress shirt. I asked an employee for help. He was almost sure they didn't have anymore. I was understanding, especially with it being after Easter. He turned around, then said we do have some, they're right here. I found the size my son needed and made my purchase. The gentleman was very friendly. From there I went to the baby section. It's not a safe place for new moms and grandma's. (My first granddaughter coming in June) There was way too many absolutely adorable outfits to choose from. I wanted everything there. After several selections, I needed to cash out. My boys helped me to the checkout line as I grabbed one more outfit along the way. The cashier was so sweet. I told her I was a new grandma, and she was happy for me. She pointed behind me to show me another really cute outfit..... but as I said, it's not safe. I wouldn't look back. I made my purchase and left. It was a wonderful experience, and I will be returning to the baby section. Next time I'll be better prepared for the danger. I'll bring the new grandpa...
