THE FISHKILL VILLAGE SQUARE — Attraction in Town of Fishkill

This plaza located in Fishkill has its pros and cons and that's why I rated it 3 stars. On the positive side, there are a few stores and/or restaurants to choose from. There's Gold's Gym, CVS Pharmacy, a Bagel Shop🥯, a gymnastics type place, icecream store, etc.. There's a good sized parking lot with some handicapped ♿️ spaces. The shops and restaurants are handicapped accessible. On the negative side, it's unfortunate that there are some unoccupied stores in this plaza as they went out of business. This plaza used to be much better years ago when Ames was there. I mainly go to CVS Pharmacy for prescription medications and some miscellaneous items. Sometimes they have good sales. I would say that it's not the best shopping center but it's not the worst either. It suits some of my needs so I go here...

I've been living here since Ames and Sears appliances. The carousel ice cream place is awesome, and always grab bagels from fishkill bagel. Awesome gold gym. Don't forget the gymnastics places and cilantro is our go-to for classic Mexican food. Manny's barber shop and the salon. Oh hell, I pretty much spend money at every store in there. Fair dealership service center. The drop-off takes all day even when you have a scheduled appointment time. The staff that process's your work being done and payment are woefully understaffed, they never answer phone, never call you back, close at 5:00 and half time don't leave your paperwork for sales...
