The 5 stars are for Wegman's. My experience with the other stories is limited but here's what I know: The Dollar Tree really sells everything for $1. The quality is reflected in the price. Well maintained. My only advice would be to cover the lower inside windows of vacant stores. Many people utilize the sidewalk walking to different businesses and it's not appealing to see. Another option, tidy it up and wash the windows. Put up a small "vacant please call if interested " sign on the inside window ledge next to the door. It's a store front in a high traffic...
