Macy's — Attraction in Town of Grand Chute

After finding a sale online for bras, I decided since my vision is not the best that I would call to be sure they were sale priced at the mall and I would go down and grab some. I called was put on hold, call dropped, called back again and finally found out that I could go and they had them. Upon arrival I was overwhelmed by the selection and the fact that they had none of the bras that I had seen online or for the price. Went to the desk to ask for help in the section and she said she was busy and couldn't help me or call for an associate. Whaaa? On the verge of tears and extreme anxiety, a woman, who I can only think would have been a manager came out and asked if she could help me. This angel helped me find what I needed, honored the online price and even dug through the racks to help me! What started out as a miserable experience, finished with a happy ending. Thank you much, the world needs more like you. As for the other woman, I suggest a job where you don't have to deal with the public. I had the best shopping experience in Macy's in Appleton, Wi. that I have had in YEARS in any store not just Macy's. I had gotten pretty frustrated with shopping anywhere. Never any clerks to help you. Clothing departments disorganized. Clearance section not only disorganized but clothing on floor. One day needed a new pair of Jeans in Macys the table with the jeans was one huge pile, there was no way to find your size. Last week walking into the store it was like a new store. Saw a clerk on entering store she said good morning and smiled. Went to jewelry dept. young man in there working and smiling and willing to help me find what I needed. Very pleasant experience. Went upstairs to clothing and couldn't believe my eyes clerks in departments saying good morning. Clearance section was very neat and clothing in order.
