Bath & Body Works — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I usually shop here to get the eucalyptus spearmint hand sanitizers because it is the only scent that I like. Every time I've have shopped at this store the employees have been really welcoming and nice, until today. I wanted to see if the store had any eucalyptus spearmint sanitizers in stock. There were 2 sanitizer tables that were across from eachother near the cashiers. I checked 1 table, didn't have it (but had it in the spray bottle which i didnt want to get). So then I checked the 2nd table and an employee (she had on either red or pink Beats headphones on and I don't know her name) was restocking that table. I checked the table without trying to be in the way of the employee and only saw a few of those sanitizers in holders. So I asked the employee "Hello, excuse me, do you guys have more eucalyptus spearmint sanitizers?" She then proceeds to lean her elbow on the table with her head on her hand with a soulless face and tells me, "Idk you have to check the table." Then resumes with her restocking with her back turned on me. I've never had an interaction like that at this store before and was baffled. How can an employee treat a costumer like that when being approached in a nice manner? That interaction really rubbed me the wrong way, so i left the store.I will still shop at this store but not when...

There's this manager there her name is COURTNEY. so there was a sale buy 3 get 3 items free three of use went choose our items so I told the cashier we want to split the items three way payment so she called Courtney because she didn't know how to do it. So we where three trying to figure out what each of us should pay she was all attitude and behavior was so disrespectful. She was not even tryin to calculate the stuff we had to do it on our phones . And I said excuse you we are trying how to split the bill we can do the maths... First time there but worst experience... Courtney i hope ur attitude and manners takes u very far......

This place always has the best customer service. Always neat and organized and several registers for shorter lines. They do not have curb side pick up but that's because it's stationed inside a mall. Also, as with most establishments, lots of times, an item shows out of stock at that location online, however when you show up in person, they are well stocked. I have even called for specific items to confirm if they have it, and they put them to the side for me so they don't get sold out. I love everything...
