I came here for the first time yesterday, and everything started out great! I didn't have to wait and was seated right away. I explained to the hairdresser how short I wanted my hair and what I wanted done (ombre). I even showed her the exact pictures of what I wanted. I already had ombre hair (just grown out), and told her I wanted the same thing, but with a different tone. She assured me that she knew what I wanted and proceeded to do a quick cut before the color process. She started doing the color process, and I noticed she was putting the bleach on parts of my hair (as if she was doing highlights) and not the whole bottom. I'm not a hairdresser, so I figured she knew what she was doing. After she finished all of my hair and had me waiting for the bleach to develop, I told her that I wanted the whole bottom of my hair to be blonde (like a traditional ombre look), and she assured me that she did it more of a balayage ombre so it will blend more and look more natural. I said, OK, and let my hair finish. After getting it washed, she cut and styled it. This is where my experience was not good. The cut was ok, but it turned out uneven, and my color was wrong. It is a balayage look, which I DID NOT want. It looks fine, if I requested this look, but I didn't. It just looks like I have a bunch of grown out highlights. The worst thing is that I doubt there is a way to even to fix it without damaging/overprocessing my hair. Like I said, it is fine if I asked for this, but with how much money I spent on it, the more and more I see it, the more and more I'm reminded of how unhappy...
Read moreI am not one to write a bad review but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at the services I have received at this salon and will not be returning. I got my hair done in the fall for my sisters wedding. I went from light brown to black and had to return the next day for a fix because there were patches of light brown hair in the back of my head. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned last week to touch up my grown out roots and get black again but with a purple tint this time. My roots turned into a bright purple and the rest of my hair was black. I went back the following day, once again, for a fix. And while Marissa made my roots less bright. My roots still noticeably do not match the rest of my hair. I paid for a full color and blow out, and when asked about any type of compensation I was totally disregarded. I then had to go to another salon for a color correction. To add, this salon does not wash the dye off your face, and lets you leave with stains all over your face. I would not recommend...
Read moreIf I could rate less than one star I would. I asked for half an inch, she got scissor happy and cut off way more than I had asked for. She told me I needed the cut and that it was still “nice and long” for reference I went down from 24 inches of hair to at least 18. If you have long hair, and you want to completely hate your hair afterwards please by all means come here. In the end the stylist didn’t even ask if I liked the hair at all. She gave the same haircut to all her clients. All the child clients had the same amount of hair as I did, I am a fully grown woman. Didn’t ask me for pictures, just gave me the same curled hair when I wanted a blow out.
Please spend the money and go to a different salon, fully regret coming here at all. Will warn everyone I know to steer very...
