Stay away. Billy is awful to deal with, although Jeff was helpful. Billy was rude, sarcastic, and terribly inappropriate, actually yelling at me while Jeff was kindly explaining something to me. Also, they lost the last 8 months of my emails, apparently not realizing they were on my hard drive and not in the cloud. My 3d-party back-up service is helping me retrieve them, but it's been a tedious process. They returned my computer with a "USER" where the back-up they did was stored. When I wanted to be me, and not USER, my computer already had all my data on it under the USER, and didn't have room for it again under me. Also, they didn't load the latest Apple operating system, and told me not to update, so I get update notices all the time. While my computer works better, losing all the data and the hours and hours and hours I've had to spend so that I could use it at all has been nightmarish, not to mention Billy's...

Almost anyone in this business will tell you that these ipads are very difficult to fix. The kind gentleman down there went out of his way to get it to me quickly. It worked for a half of a day and malfunctioned. It was more than just the screen that was damaged because it fell very hard. He took it back and repaired some of the software for no charge. That is good customer service. At first I feared the worst because of the fall it had endured and I was correct but because he fixed the screen and gave it back to me he went the whole way to satisfy me . When my daughter's iPad lighting cable broke off in the charging port, I tried to get the piece out myself and failed, in the process damaging the port. iFixScreens Merrick happened to be nearby, so I called and got a very reasonable quote on a repair. I dropped it off and less than two hours later got a call back that my iPad was ready to be picked up! I've looked online at what is involved in replacing the charging port on an iPad, and it is not easy, involving removing a lot of components and soldering in replacement parts.
