Responding to owners comment - No it was a review of your company. Instead of downplaying someone’s criticism, be a responsible business owner and take it with a grain of a salt and move on. Perhaps keep it in mind or don’t. I won’t be using your service so it doesn’t matter to me, but responding in the manner you did shows nothing but utter immaturity and irresponsibility towards your business. Also saying “the other people had fun” is a very closed minded way of owning and running a business. Not everyone leaves a review, they just don’t return. Also your results are skewed as you essentially force people to review you positively on the spot in front of them. Best of luck friend. 👍🏼
TLDR -too many people -no organization -poor food quality -Bus ride okay
Attended the stadium series tailgate with transportation. Bus to and from was fine. Traffic was terrible which isn’t their fault. But upon arrival the tailgate was extremely disorganized. Had no idea where to go. Had no idea where the promised food was and once found the line was madness. People just trying to move in wherever they can with no organization. Ended up mooching off another tailgate that had excess food and no line. Getting bracelets is pointless as no staff check anything or anyone. 10 busses is excessive for the lack of amenities provided. Trash strewn about every where was a shame to see due to lack of trash facilities provided. Wish them the best as it’s a fantastic idea and can easily be executed with a variety of events. Personally i don’t see myself visiting MetLife again anytime soon. 2 stars as the bus to and from was a good as it could be. Easy check in, loading, no questionable driving/driver. Beer available on board as well. Just the tailgate portion on top of, separately speaking, MetLife’s horrendous attempt of a stadium brought my rating down.

We ended up in lot P- the furthest away from the stadium at 11:20 We had to use porta potties that we found in a corner of the lot. Not for use - they were stored there. Insufficient amount of tents for people and food. BBQ WEREIN THE RAIN AND FOOD WAS WET. Tailgate was for about 1 1/2 hr because we had to find our way to the stadium. Partial refund should be given since they left late and caused us to miss out on full tailgate experience and have to leave game early to make our way back to the bus...
