Nobody enjoys going to physical therapy. Usually, it comes after a traumatic event, such as surgery or an accident. It can be tough and painful at times as you progress on the road back. You need a quality PT service, and that is Metro Physical Therapy in Franklin Square, NY. Justin and Rob are first-rate therapists, both are professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Combining a flexible routine, with a friendly approach, they become your partner on the road to recovery. Having had family members and recommended friends to this location, I am confident endorsing them. Support staff includes, Jesse, Arianna, and Paul. All 3 are excellent and thorough in their work. They leave no stone unturned. The facility is clean and well equipped. One thing I might add is that I've seen a lot of PT students come through here. All have been terrific. Metro should set up an in-house school of sorts. The students on staff could meet up twice a month and learn more than their daily responsibilities. In addition to gaining this extra knowledge, Metro is building a deeper bench as they continue to expand, the students have a job waiting for them upon graduation. The only stipulation is that students who go through the "Metro Academy" would have to stay on at least 1 year after graduation. This avoids high turnover and fraudulent activity. All in all, Metro Franklin Square is the place for us and anyone needing...
Read moreI have been going to the Metro Physical Therapy location in Franklin Square for about four months and today was my last day which I’m extremely sad about because they were so helpful and beneficial to me. Justin and Raquel were the ones that helped me along the journey, and I truly appreciate them both for their kindness and dedication to treating the problems of many, including mine. A special shout out to Kate as well for always welcoming me with a smile every time I come.
The location itself is spacious, clean,(which helps you relax in ways you don’t even realize!) and they actually have hands on, interactive machines!! They don’t just sit you down and have you plugged up to electrical stimulation wiring, for those that know, you know. They actually properly assess you and then set up a customized plan that is consistent every time you go. They have completely changed my idea on what Physical Therapy was and I’m so grateful that I got to experience that. I recommend physical therapy as a MUST to all of my friends and family and you as well! Carrying around pain anywhere in your body due to past accidents, injuries from work, poor posture, or anything else is not something you have to do, get the help you need and go to Metro!

Read moreMy son is 5 years old and he has complained about leg pain and fatigue. My son is involved in soccer and Karate so his pediatrician suggested we take him to a sports physical therapist. Advanced sports medicine was on the list. When we called we were matched with Aiysha. Aiysha was so professional and nurturing. My son felt so comfortable. She explained everything she was doing to me but most importantly to my son.She explained that involving my 5 year old and speaking to him directly about what she was doing, and why would get him excited to do the suggested exercises and not feel like its a chore.Aiysha took her time working with my son which I appreciated because most places and people rush you out. Aiysha was very thorough. I highly recommend Aiysha. We cannot thank her enough for her patience, and for helping us, especially my son, understand what was causing the pain / fatigue and best ways to...
