GO ELSEWHERE! I don't enjoy writing reviews (especially negative ones), however I need to share my experience so others are aware of how unprofessional this practice is. I saw Kelly Ledermann who is a NP for a full body scan. She walked in, didn't introduce herself, didn't ask me questions regarding my family or personal history and went straight to looking me over. During the exam she carried on a very inappropriate conversation with the assistant that made me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed for the young woman assisting her. There was a spot on my scalp I brought to her attention and mentioned that I was fairly certain it was a scab. She barely looked at it for two seconds, told me it was a mole and nothing to be concerned about. She completely dismissed me. The area was scaly and rough to touch (which she wouldn't know because she didn't bother to feel it). Needless to say, while home that evening, when that area on top of my scalp flaked off, I knew she had misdiagnosed me. I followed up with a dermatologist at another practice who was able to properly diagnose me and give me another scan full body scan. To leave a doctors office with absolutely no confidence in the person who just saw you is a terrible feeling. Not sure what was worse...her lack of knowledge and ability to identify something as simple as a scab, or her unprofessional demeanor toward her patients and...

Had a 10 am appointment with Jessica the aesthetician( free consultation). I was told by the person who did my scheduling that she's a great lady. She might very well be except that I didn't get to experience it. I checked in at 9.40, got a call while waiting in their waiting room from a girl on their staff saying Jessica is having some car problems and will get in late. I.could either wait or come back around 12.15pm because she has a free slot then. I said I couldn't come back and will try and wait. In another 5 minutes, got another call from someone else on their staff saying,"you spoke to this girl earlier. I'm calling to tell you that Jessican can't see you until 12.15pm even if you wait. She has all appointments scheduled from 10.15am onwards and won't be able to see you until 12.15pm even if you waited." (Hmm so she's going to be in before 10.15 am to start seeing other clients.) I told the lady in know it's a free consultation but it was extremely unprofessional. She was very nonchalant about it and said ok.

Piece of advice...please respect people's time. For the past week, I had been getting texts and calls to confirm my appointment only to tell me when I get here that she can't see me. I doubt the whole car story. She's not in by 10 am to see me but in to start seeing people at 10.15. Very bad All Island...

Sydney Jacoby is a disgrace. I booked an appointment due to protrusions that had formed on the back of my neck, with the intention to remove them. They scheduled me with this “nurse practitioner” who looked at me for only 20 seconds and only told me they were benign and nothing to worry about. She did not elaborate or mention anything about removing them, and when I asked her, she became annoyed and rude. She kept repeating the same thing and refused to remove them, making it seem like this big hassle. I insisted to the point where she eventually removed only 2 of them, both took about 30 seconds each. On top of that, when she put bandages on after, she put one OVER MY HAIR ON THE BACK OF MY HEAD, making them even more painful to take off. She treated her job and her patient like they were an inconvenience, and wanted me out of the room as soon as possible despite there being no other patients in the building at the time. She invalidated my concerns and refused to address them or even refer me to someone that could help. Sydney does not care about her patients and has no bedside manner. She is a waste of time and a shameful excuse for a dermatologist. Go...
