Millennium Car Wash — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I gave them two stars because the overall cleaning was ok but they didn't vacuum out my trunk. The customer service from the lady cashier was great. I advise anyone who has any extra parts on the vehicle such as bar lights and or cameras etc..... not to go to this location because the extra camera it had put on my vehicle was broken once they finished washing it and the manager didn't do anything about it. Didn't offer to repair it, give money towards getting it fixed, nothing. Didn't even apologize.... nothing. Then tried to accuse me of bringing it there broken. I asked the manager to look at the camera and see that it wasn't broken before I came and I even have proof when it broke because it records at all times brushed me off when I tried to play it for him and didn't even look at his own footage. Also the manager tried to say I purchased a camera that's not water proof. I informed him that I've had many car washes before going to that location. I don't even live in that area I went to visit family and my sister went to get her car wash so I said I might as well get mine done too. I'll try ND see how I can put...

IGNORE THE STAR I HAD TO PUT ONE TO POST THIS

So I went to get my car detailed today before going on vacation tomorrow. Went there and trusted them to do a great job as they have in the past and they delivered. Anyone who knows me will be able to back me up when I say that I trust NO ONE when I comes to my brand new car that I just bought. I TRUSTED THEM to take care of my baby and everything inside it and they completely destroyed my confidence and trust in them when their employees stole my lucky 20 and lucky 5 dollar bills I had hanging on my visors that 2 very close friends and family had thrown in when I first brought the car home and replaced them with 2 One dollar bills. When I went back and confronted them on it, they were extremely rude and vulgar to myself and my mother who tagged along for the ride. I am completely disgusted and will NEVER return there after tomorrow when I go to get my money back. Absolutely no respect these people have. I trusted them and they completely...

Don't trust the manager. I was suppose to get a free 3 pk air freshner for using belly but the manager didn't understand the fine print. He lost my business over something so stupid. His employees are very lazy, I've had several car washes and they never wipe down the car entirely leaving streaks of water on both sides and the rear bumper, that's why I don't tip them. I also got 2 cars detailed in July and noticed both were not cleaned entirely and whatever they used inside left and odor on one of my car, they didn't even clean my vanity mirrors or my overhead dvd player. I told him about it but he just shrugged it off. The sad part is the manager remembers me and knowing that I paid good money to detail not one but two cars, he should have used better judgement and given what I was entitled to instead of trying to mess with my head.
