The Big Cheesee — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I would like to share this review based on the customer service I received during the course of researching food trucks for my son’s 30th birthday party. Plans fell through with another food truck when The Big Cheese food truck was referred to us. We received a response from Chrissa when we reached out and receive an immediate response. We figured out that our dates and times weren’t going to work as she was already booked. That would have been the end for most businesses, but not for Chrissa. Chrissa went above and beyond to assist us with referrals and even went a step further to assist us with reaching out to some of her colleagues. This level of customer service is hard to find these days and the fact that we were so lucky to cross paths with Chrissa at The Big Cheese was a blessing we really needed. I was recommended the hot chocolate and I tried it and it changed my life. No exaggeration necessary. I came back for more. Chocolatey with even more chocolate at the bottom and whipped cream and caramel. Incredible stuff. Automatically in a better mood and warmed up at The Park at UBS Arena. This truck came to a school that I currently work at and I was BLOWN AWAY by the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on one of the best Italian rolls I have ever eaten. The bacon was perfectly crisp and SO FLAVORFUL. The egg was cooked just the way you would want a perfect egg, or two, to be cooked. Cheese was amazingly flavorful.
