Five Below — Attraction in Town of Henrietta

If i could give this location 0 stars i DEFINITELY would !! I went in there on Saturday, October 1st bought $11 & some change worth of stuff. I scanned my items & clicked no receipt, i walk out the door, the lady yells and asks if we just checked out and so and so register.. i look at her confused & say yeah why? She tells me that my purchase never went through (well it did). I told her yes it did what do you mean & she rudely tells me that she doesn’t care & that people walk in that store, sca & walk out with stuff daily and to just go. I was in absolute shock & stato walk . I then stopped because my boyfriend said no it’s on my credit card & pulled up the his recent purchases to show her that the address was that stores address & he paid. She wouldn’t even look at us or the proof & again told us that she really didn’t care and to leave. Will not be going back there & WILL be calling to speak with a manager in the morning. My daughter & I had to do a quick run-in to grab last-minute treats for her class Valentine's.

Our options were limited, but one of the workers was able to point out the items that would work for the 15 students in my daughter's class.

Of course, I ended up grabbing a couple of things I didn't need, but doesn't that usually happen? 😅

Then, when I went to cash out, the machine I was using decided it didn't like me & said it was time to just reset in the middle of my transaction. This is one of my favorite stores. The staff is always really helpful. The selection is always changing. You can find so much here. Vintage and foreign candies, toys, makeup, clothing, household items, Decor, pet supplies. We did a great deal of Christmas shopping here this year. Be advised, they do not carry plus size clothing.
