First off I want to say that it is not my first time visiting the Henrietta location however it's been a long time since I've been there. This restaurant used to be clean and the food good. Last evening was not the case. When I walked in we were seated immediately but the floors were dirty and my table was sticky. Not sure if it was due to humidity or if it was due to the table not being cleaned properly between customers. My actual server I forget his name was great and I could tell he was doing his best to make our visit nice. That was about the only thing good about our visit there. After we got our drinks and ordered our appetizer my son notified me a large centepede crawled across my cell phone. At first I thought he was kidding but he continued to insist on it. I immediately cleaned my phone and then the appetizer arrived and I saw a centepede (smaller one) sitting next to me in my booth. A different server than our assigned one came over with the food and I shot up from the booth and uttered "I can't". I pointed out the bug to the gentleman and had to actually ask him to kill it. Without a word he killed it and walked away. No apology or anything. At that point my visit was ruined and I felt disgusted. I couldnt eat my food. I tried but couldn't. My son ate his just fine. That's boys for you! On our way out there were a few centpedes on the floor closer to the kitchen my son pointed them out. Our actual server was polite and nice but the other server and bugs and overall lack of cleanliness made me feel physically ill. I told my son we are never coming back there again. When we got home my son actually looked up the phone number for the department of health because this is not OK. I hope if you read this you think twice before eating...
Read moreI have been to this place a few times now and it is a great place to get a great meal. I have been, in the past will disabled people and they accommodated us with such ease. 3 wheelchairs plus 3 staff members isn't always the easiest to swat, but they did it with ease. My friend and I were seated and our waiter came to take our drink order. I ordered coffee, hoping that it would be half way decent. To my surprise, it was really good! Next, I ordered the Gourmet Cheeseburger. I asked if they could keep the pickles off, as I am not fond of pickles on my burgers. I ordered it with a pink middle and sweet potato fries. When I took my first bite, I knew that I was in for a treat! The burger was juicy and the taste was awesome. That was the best burger that I have had in a long time. The fries were hot when they arrived. My dinner companion asked for fries and the waiter said he would be right back and he was! He asked if I wanted more coffee, I replied yes. He came back and said that they were making a fresh pit of coffee and he pour it as soon as it was done. Within a few minutes he was right there with the pot of hresh hot coffee. We both agreed that he was an excellent server, even though the place wasn't that busy; but, busy enough that he had a few other tables to serve. This place is a well oiled machine. The managers know how to make the place hum. I enjoyed my meal. Parking is spacious and enough handicapp parking spaces near the door. Now we were sat at a booth in the bar area, we wait and a server finally shows up at our table and she literally bends over our table I'm front of my person and puts her breasts on the table and is in my person's face. So she takes our order and doesn't give us a choice and tells us we are going to sign up for the rewards and that we don't have a choice and forces us to order an appetizer and says the rewards will take it off the bill. What seemed like a long time later we get our food and it's COLD AND AWFUL!!!! Then the bill comes and I create the rewards against our will and guess what?! The appetizer is still on there and isn't coming off...so we are so turned off by this point we just pay the 60.00 that we shouldn't have owed and leave. My person didn't feel good for the next two days. We should have been refunded... period. And it was so unprofessional and awful.... DONT GO HERE!!!!
** side note: got a response from red robin and instead of rectifying the situation and watching the cameras to see I'm telling the truth they give me a line ( yes a lame line I was a retail manager and worked in food for way too long) and tell me I can call a number.... wow. instead of just giving a refund or giftcard to rectify it. I mean it made my person sick and she was in my man's face with her breasts on our table... I AM BEYOND TURNED OFF!!!! IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS IM SURE THEY WILL SHUT DOWN LIKE ALL THE OTHERS IF THEY KEEP THIS UP! AGAIN.... DO NOT EAT HERE! ITS A WASTE OF YOUR HARD...
