Guys, just get your iPhone 14 Pro Max fixed at Apple or somewhere else. I took my phone in here because the screen was cracked and coming off. My phone had a constant green light on the screen. I was told to wait, but when I finally got my phone back, I was shocked to find out that it was a cheaper version of a screen that wasn’t even disclosed to me beforehand (before I gave it to him). After the 45-minute wait, I was told that the phone was unfixable due to water damage. Instead of informing me about the water damage and stating that the screen replacement wouldn’t fix it before I made two different trips from my house to the store, the technician at the counter simply changed the screen and charged me $200 for a cheaper version that I wasn’t aware of and didn’t even fix my phone because after he “fixed” my phone it’s been having a reboot loop every 5 minutes!! I have to say this is not a place I will ever come to again!!

Firstly, you are lying for about half of your response because I did not call you, you did not inform me of it having water damage beforehand, and you did not notify me that you would use an "aftermarket" screen. You said you told me these beforehand, which you did not otherwise, I would never have taken my phone here and gotten it "fixed." The only time I expressed my gratefulness was when I thought you fixed my phone.
