Boot Barn — Local services in Town of Henrietta

This store is literally why online is killing brick & mortar shopping. On the road for work, need replacement boots on a tight timeline. Not a single person addressed me in this empty store until checkout (in there about 35 minutes) then pointed fingers as to why it wasn’t each of their fault, then spoke of me in 3rd person. Still considering duct taping what I have and returning my purchase....

It's alright, but we were looking for collared button down shirts for Rodeo. The mens selection is HUGE 9 or more racks. However the women's selection was a whopping 1.5 racks. We drove an hour to get here. I am really disappointed in the selection of authentic women's western wear. The tops were mostly what you'd wear out to the bar, and not for those who...

Visited today looking for some bootcut work jeans / ripstop pants if possible, very nice store smells of the leather from the boots, but whole 20 mins there browsing never greeted, or asked if i needed help or was finding everything ok. Not a store for us taller folk. Will have to stick online order.

Will come back later for a better fit in boots...
