Niblack Foods — Attraction in Town of Henrietta

Niblack foods has a ton of variety of odd ingredients for the odd recipe. Its fun to look around the store for random things. Its great for the gluton free person in your life if you need those kind of specific ingredients.

Unfortunately they did not have what i was looking for in stock. I would have ordered some if they asked me if they could order it for me but they seemed to not care that much. Unfortunately for both us that meant that they didn't get my business and nor did i them. I suppose its off to amazon to order what i need. This is exactly why customer service is so key. I went to the store looking for a precise ingredient that I can order online and they didnt even offer to do so for me. Its not the first time i have gone looking for it either, they must just never order it.

The redeeming factor: they saw me putzing around and did offer to help me look for it. However, i hope they learn for this review that they can just ask to order it for me or...

I was so happy to have finally found a spice store. This place is amazing they have EVERYTHING you would ever need while cooking or baking and the prices are outstanding, you know the times you find a recipie and it calls for a pinch of something you go to the grocery store and there you are spending $8 on something you'll never use again, well this place has the prices beat they have little spice bags that are very cheap under $4 and it's very full in quantity. I have told all my friends about this place, went in stocked up and will be back to do another stock up of other spices as well. I heard you can also catch them at the public...

The store just keeps growing and growing. They really do have most of anything you might need ingredient-wise for any of the recipes you want to make. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and if you are looking for something in particular that they don't sell at the moment they will do their best to try to get that item in there at some point. And I think that's part of the reason why they had to move from their old location is because they are just trying to make sure that they have all their bases covered for everything the home...
