I would never order from this place again. Ordered flowers for a funeral. Since we are several states away, we did it by phone and used the 1800flowershuntington.com website. The picture on the left is what we ordered. The picture on the right is what we got. If you look closely at the picture on the right you can even see the tag is ripped. It is horrible. We called to complain and the girl said she did a great job and made it even better than what we ordered. I asked to speak to a manager and she sad there isn't one. I called another store and she was not able to help me other than to tell me to call the store back. Ended up calling several times. Spoke to Marco and he offered to "send me some nice flowers to my house". NO. I asked for a refund and he said that he could only refund me $89.99 even though according to the website the medium size vase flowers were $104.99. We even discussed that price with the lady we placed the order with. I asked to speak with someone in charge or the owner and Marco told me no, we can't do that. It ended with Marco telling me to "bring the flowers back and let him see them. Then he will decide." Most terrible experience ever. Do no recommend using this...

Within 30 min after placing the order in the store, he decided to cancel it and order it from somewhere else. He was verbally aggressed and bullied. 1-800 flowers corporate told him they cannot help, because the order was placed in the store. So I called the store within 2 hours after that and asked for a cancellation and refund. I was told by Nancy that she cannot fax the request at that time because “corporate was closed and nobody could answer the fax”. When replying that her statement was insulting, Nancy hung up the phone… 3 times. Here’s to a 0 rating for customer service! The 3rd time I called she answered by “you have a strong accent” and hung up again. Here’s to the reason why I will report this store to make sure it doesn’t exist. Read moreI placed an order for a boutonnière through the 1-800 flowers website but the delivery never came. So the next day, I thought it would be logical to go to the shop itself and see if they could replace my $30 flower or tell me if they had my order. Wrong. The woman told me that because I didn’t pay her shop, that because I paid corporate she couldn’t “just give me a free one.” I understand that but she didn’t offer any other help, like what I could do next, if I could place another order, etc. I was clearly in need of help because I needed the boutonnière by that night but she wasn’t helpful or polite and was overall very rude. After I was told they wouldn’t help me in anyway they dismissed me by addressing another order forcing me to leave nearly in tears from stress in frustration. Thanks for nothing...
