Don’t ever and I mean EVER go to their janky GROOMERS.. they just butchered my poor dog .. he’s being going to Petsmart since he was a puppy.. today I asked for a nail trim and they tried to give me issues about his rabies ..that’s not expired .. I told them that I even had the tag on his harness but they I guess don’t know that it expires after three years so they made me call his vet .. embarrassing.. then they did his nails and the person who did them didn’t seem like he knew how to do them so he had to ask someone else to come help and I got kicked out banished to the bench outside (I’ve never had to leave him , he has separation issues ) so then I have to watch him freak out on the bench and I AND OTHERS can hear him crying it broke my heart I had to go in there and say something I told them to pet him and talk to him ..I shouldn’t have. Had to do that.. these people acted like they were nervous . Then they gave me the bill and my dog back and 2 of his paws were not touched and one paws nails were like completely chopped off and their response was “oh we can go shorter “ I then said “shorter? You didn’t even touch them” so I had to endure this nightmare all over again watching him cry and squirm he was running to the door by the end of it I’ve never seen him that afraid in my life I then asked who the manager was and wanted to speak to him regarding the bill because I felt that I didn’t have to pay for it seeing as what happened and some red head girl kept telling me he was squirming he was nervous and I then brought up the fact that she kicked me out twice and I had to watch this happen through a window which she then kept cutting me off and then went out to get the manager and I had to watch them chit chat and look at me before he came to speak to me then proceeded to talk about his dog and how his dog is at the groomers ..I’m not sure why we’re comparing his Chihuahua to my 80 lb basset hound … my dogs been coming here since he was a puppy he used to get groomed by demo but demo left so he’s been seeing whoever’s available ..I’ve NEVER had this happen I was in tears telling the young girl at the register what happened and she was lost for words and just kept apologizing .. oh but the manager who compared dogs with me did tell me that his old groomer demo is at bellmore Petsmart so if anyone wants a respectful groomer please go see demo I trust him with my dogs lives and I will never be taking rosco back to this joke of a...

I placed an online order for same day delivery. They sent me some random items because they couldn’t find the items I ordered…who does that?
After a call with their (very patient and helpful) customer support I got transferred to the store manager, and then the fun began…
At first she blamed me for picking up the wrong items, and it took me a few minutes to convince her to check my order details and understand what “same day delivery” meant.
She then blamed DoorDash for picking up the wrong items and asked me to contact DoorDash instead, before I pointed out someone from her store had to hand over the items, the DoorDash person could not just go in there and take things from their shelves.
The store manager finally admitted someone from the store made a “mistake”. However she asked me to fix their mistake by returning the items in person because it was their store policy, and I won’t get refunded for the delivery and tip because that was DoorDash…I asked her whether I could get the correct items today, and she said the items were actually sold out. What?
The store manager was yelling throughout the call and wouldn’t let me finish more than 2 sentences or ask a question. At the end of the call I asked her to provide her full name and send me an email to confirm their “same day delivery” and store policies, she just hung up on me before I finished saying “policies”.
I was able to resolve the issue by calling the customer support again, and they agreed to provide me a full refund including DoorDash tips. PetSmart is a decent company, and they should choose their store representatives...

When I went to pick her up, I noticed the groomers whispering to each other in the back. I actually heard one of them ask another, "should we tell him?" There were other customers around and I never put together what they could have been referring to at that time. When I got to my car my dog refused to jump in as she always did so I lifted her in. When we got home I realized that she was in great pain. I went directly back to the store and confronted the groomers who denied anything had happened. I went to management and they back up their groomers and took no responsibility. After several vet visits, xrays, and $700 in bills, I was told she had sustained an injury to her hip most likely cause by a severe twisting or fall, and there was only a small chance that a $3000 surgery (which I was advised not to do) would help her at all. She now lives in pain every day thanks to PetSmart. I understand that accidents can happen, but I don't think their groomers are very experienced. For all I know my dog's groomer was working the cash register the day before. The worst part of it, aside from the pain my dog now suffers, is that PetSmart denied everything and did nothing to help in any way, nor did they even show any compassion at all.
