Mid Valley Shopping Center — Attraction in Town of Newburgh

Mid Valley Shopping Mall has Planet Fitness, Rent A Center, Verizon, Citi Trends is a clothes store for all your family and shoes too, Sally Beauty Supply open to the Public, Mid Valley Wine & Liqours, The Wall Chinese Restaurant very good Chinese food, Kentucky Fried Chicken great food, Planet Pizza,. Firestone Automotive Repair, Wells Fargo Bank, 24 hour Laundromat, Urgent Care, there are other stores that recently opened where Laundromat located unsure of names or what kind of stores. Market 32 is a huge grocery store open 24 hours. Alot of parking area at this mall. In the back of the Mall is OTB betting on horse races. I believe there is also a Beauty Salon where students are taught Cosmetology yet they are open to the public to have your hair cut, colored, styled, facials, manicure, etc at affordable prices. Spend a day there and enjoy. It is located on North Plank Road. You can drive to it many ways. I-84 East get off at Exit 10 last exit before Newburgh Beacon Bridge. Make left off ramp and left at next traffic light. Head straight Mall is on your left. Coming from I-84 West go over Newburgh- Beacon Bridge take 2nd exit off bridge at traffic light make left right up on left. From I-87 NYS Thruway North head south on Thruway get off of Exit 17 Newburgh unto I-84 East and follow directions just stated. From I-87 South head North to exit 17 Newburgh get off and get on I-84 East get off of Exit 10 and follow directions listed....

@ John Doe, I visit PF 3x a week 2x a day. I stay in my Zone, listen to music, and get my workout in for an hour and a half, sometimes more. I do that straight without no interruption. Prior to me signing up to PF I was 208lbs, guess what John Doe, I am now 176lbs and still pushing. I have lost 32 pounds by working out and dieting. So instead of using my own data there, I would prefer to use theirs. BTW, I guess I was not the only one complaining, because they have since changed their WiFi 4,months ago, because that's how long i have posted my original comment. Outside of a handful of business's this isn't a remarkable place. But there are some worthwhile places to check out if you're in a pinch.
