They were very nice at least to the customers face. However, if you want to do any sort of highlights or dye your hair, this is not the place. Not only was the barber not super knowledgable of the shade that I wanted, it took multiple trials to finally get it to the brown that I wanted, even then, it was not the color I wanted for the amount I paid. I get that you used a lot of products on my hair, but it is not business that you failed to achieve the color I wanted in the first place. Not only that, but they are low in staff which is one of the reasons why it took about 7 hours to finish, and for it not to even be perfect which is not expected but for 7 hours and the amount of paid, yes. They are very nice at least. But I do recommend this shop to people who just wish to do a cut and blow-dry since these might be easier for them to do.

I said this hair salon was closer to home and I usually travel to Manhattan for better services for obvious reasons at a reasonable price. still expensive but at least met my expectations. You are right that I did leave with close to my color or shade of brown but was it worth the money and wait? no. Yes, I said I have used $20 drug store ones but that doesn't mean I was comparing you're salon to that, I was actually comparing your salon to a quite popular hair salon that I go to or recently went to in Manhattan that charges for a reasonable price and for the time that it should take. Instead, it took from 1pm to 7 almost 8pm to finish it. Imagine sitting the whole day while you were sometimes not focused on me but with another customer which is very rude and disrespectful. Dont bother wasting your time here. My sister made an appt for me over a week ago for a full head of highlights. Went in this morning and went to the wrong location. The garden city location said theyd call and let them know but I called as well just to make sure they knew I was on my way. When I called, the stylist told me that she didnt have enough time to do my hair, I was a little confused I was at the garden city location a little earlier then my appt so by the time I would get to Albertson I would inly be about 10mins late.. why she wouldnt have enough time? We talked a little but about my hair but figured Id go in and talk to them since I was already on my way. I walk in and the receptionist tells me that I did have a highlights appt. Im like oh but the stylist said she doesnt have enough time, shes like yea her mother hurt her hand and shes taking on her mothers clients thats probably why. So basically the appt I made a week ago didnt matter but other clients were going to get priority over me. I speak to the stylist and she says that if she starts my hair shell be taking clients in between and ill be there forever. Gabriella and Hana were absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure what I wanted my hair to look like as a bride, all I knew is I wanted this crystal flowered headpiece and I didn’t want to worry about the way my hair looked by the end of the night. Gabriella said “Don’t worry, we got you!” I am so so happy that I trusted them because my hair looked fabulous, I felt confident throughout my entire wedding (and I danced the whole time). Not one piece wavered and the pictures look great from beginning to end! My mom, mother-in-law and bridesmaids would all agree and they even brought these adorable and stunning hair pieces that we all chose to include in our hair! Everyone loved their hair and felt so confident!!! They were accessible, inclusive, and professional the entire time.
