I recently purchased an Omega Constellation watch from Cary Lackow. Cary was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. There were a few watch brands and models I was considering. Cary was not only patient in answering my questions but also never pressured me to make a decision. Once I decided to go with the Omega Constellation, he put the watch aside when it came in. I offered to leave a deposit and he did not take one. He took me at my word that I would follow through with the purchase. I really appreciated that, as I gained even more respect for Cary and the store. Cary also went to bat for me and negotiated a price that I was comfortable with. I also want to acknowledge the watch salon manager, Anthony Kozlowsky, as well as Brad Engelman. Thank you both for your courtesy on pricing. It was meant to be that the day I picked up my timepiece, Anthony was wearing a maroon colored suit which matched the dial of my new watch perfectly!

I would recommend Cary Lackow to anyone looking to purchase a new watch for him or herself or a loved one. He is a class act and has a wealth of watch knowledge. You will not be disappointed!

Update January 2023...my wife is 7 months pregnant. Her engagement and wedding rings got stuck as a result of finger swelling from the pregnancy. We tried every conceivable household product to get them off but had no luck. I reached out to Cary. He happened to be off that day but did not hesitate to call the store. The jeweler had already left for the day. The next morning when Cary got in he made arrangements with Jamie Lerman for us to come in that afternoon. Jamie was quite the jewelry surgeon! He had all of the necessary cutting tools ready. While he squeezed the blade on the ring, Cary turned the tool to tighten it. Both rings were successfully cut with minimal discomfort to my wife. As a bonus the surprise engraving I had made in my wife's engagement ring when I proposed was still intact! Cary immediately got her ice to bring the swelling down. She was so relieved to have the rings off! The store did not charge anything. We are so grateful to Jamie and Cary for their assistance. Thank you!

Update May 2025...I brought my Rolex Yacht Master to the new Rolex boutique to get re-sized. Stanley Tsao was extremely personable, patient, and courteous. He not only sized my watch perfectly but also steam cleaned it, which was unexpected and very much appreciated! Thank you, Stanley!

2nd Update May 2025...I purchased an Omega Aqua Terra from Matt Marom. Matt was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. I brought part of my watch collection into the store. I told Matt that I wanted something differentiated enough from the rest of my collection. There were specific models I had in mind. London Jewelers had them all in stock, plus a few others I had not considered and Matt recommended. I narrowed my choice down to 4: a Tudor BB One 41mm in anthracite, Tudor Royal Day Date 41mm in salmon, a Grand Seiko 40mm Hotaka Mountain Spring Drive limited edition in red, and an Omega Aqua Terra 41mm with gray dial and blue rubber strap.

The irony is, I purchased a silver/white Aqua Terra with a black rubber strap and orange accents several years ago from another dealer. I ended up returning it. Why? I thought the teak deck texture was not prominent and the black hand set looked cheap.

I never thought I would come around on the AT. It is a watch I have always wanted to own but could not find that perfect model...until now!

The gray dial with blue accents and rubber strap really pops! It looks a lot richer and more substantial than the other model I returned. Of the 4 watches I was considering, the AT was the most expensive. It was a little more than I wanted to spend. Matt spoke with his manager and we worked out a price I was comfortable with.

Angelo was amazing. From the time I spoke to him on the phone before making the trip to picking up the watch he was amazing. I would say if you are going there speak to him, makes you feel like family. I had a situation where I bought a brand new Breitling which the date would switch 15 minutes and I expressed my concern and he was professional and amazing, I feel like he was able to understand me and my needs. He should be the face of London Jewelers!

Updated 2nd Review: As Google doesn't allow a second review, I am editing my review to add this. After my initial purchase from London Jewelers and Angelo. I was was interested in a second watch. The watch is one of the most coveted Rolex watches since it's updated release late last year. I checked in with Angelo about 2 weeks after getting my first watch to see if they had it, as I really enjoyed the experience. He told me that it wasn't and that it might be available closer to December as the watch has so many inquiries and so coveted. When I say coveted I mean that on the gray market it goes for about 50% more than the MSRP. Angelo, took down my information, about two weeks after he called me asking if I was still interested. I was shocked to say the least. He never pressured me and like said before it is like talking to a family member, a family member you really like. He was detailed, caring and very understanding of my needs. Needless to say I was able to get it. The experience was so painless and smooth, I recommend this store to anyone. Forget any other place, this is a family location and you feel like it. Angelo is definitely a treasure. Thank you London Jewelers and I am glad I met you and Angelo, this is the only place I trust.

Updated 4/3/2023: I can't tell you the pleasure it has been working with Angelo from London Jewelers. I have been working with him for over 2 years and recently I got a watch for my dad and my mom. Both watches are rare and hard to find. Angelo kept me updated every step of the way. His knowledge and caring is unrivaled. I wish I could do all business with him. I am planning on getting a few more watches to commemorate a few special times in my life and am working with Angelo to get them. I wish I could leave more than one survey as he just amazing.
