Lynn Is A Absolute Pleasure to Deal with!! This Place is Very Special to My Husband and I…

The Picture of us, is a Picture after we got our Promise Rings to Each other in October of 2021. We wanted somewhere that had a good Protection Plan for the Ring, but we didn’t really want to leave Oneonta! (We weren’t/aren’t really picky.)

Fast Forward, we are so Happy with the Ring Cleans, the Protection Plan, and The Prices! And Decided to actually Get Our Wedding Rings here!

The Sweet, Adorable Lady who helped us NOT ONCE, but BOTH Times! Once in 2021, and once in 2023, has made our whole Ring Shopping SO MUCH Easier!! And, She pretty much watched our Relationship Bloom into the Marriage it is today. She gave her Honest Opinions on the Width of the Band, Size of the Gem, Sizes, Weight of the Diamond Overall, Carats… Lynn C really KNOWS Her STUFF!! My Husband and I had Full Faith, and Confidence what she was Teaching us and recommending to us was Vital and Good. She was very Helpful, and Friendly! She would make us Laugh and Encourage The Love between My Present-Day Hubby and I!! We were Blushing so Hard! She was British so She would call Us “Smitten Kittens” 🐱😂 Then, when we came back and told her we were having a Baby and Getting Married, she was Enthralled for us!!

I feel like Lynn is a Person Who Genuinely cares for the Best of Others, and Is Excited for Good things to Happen to the People She cares for! It shows in her Job!

We love the knowledge she offered us with the Protection Plan, ESPECIALLY the Second time around when My Husband Bought me my Marriage Band! She explained the benefits of the Plan, and Gave us A Neatly Organized Pamphlet With Our Receipts Stapled Neatly Inside!

For a Lifetime, No Deductible, Warranty Plan… it’s Fairly Priced for the Price Paid… To say the Least: we Left feeling rather Euphoric, Excited and Encouraged For Our Future! Both Times! Seeing her again was like Returning to an Ol’ Friend to Touch Base with Her! We May Even have her for Our Wedding!

She told me I can come there Anytime to have my Gorgeous Rock Cleaned. And I can get it resized, Buffed ,and Tended to anytime! My Husband told her: “I got the Right girl, now I just need the Right Ring!”

And He got it here with the Help Of Lynn from JC Penny! I gasped in “Awe” when I seen my Ring for the First time. It’s absolutely Perfect! Thanks Lynn! Mr. & Mrs. Burgess! ———————————————————————————

The 4 stars are earned only because you were smart enough to hire THERESA and TORI. It is for their service alone I rated 4 stars. Pleasant professional and went beyond what they're required as a sales associate. When I asked where the formal attire was Tori escorted me to an area that had some nice choices but very very limited selection as is the case almost everywhere now. She sweetly explained there would be more choices on the Pennies site. Then I met Teresa looking for some accessories. Of course, to my & staffs frustration; that they cannot provide the best customer service experience because you don't stock items in store and have them only available online. I feel bad for these sales associates. They gave wonderful professional and personable service. However JCPenney's is not the store it used to be. Just five years ago I walked into that store and found a beautiful mother of the bride dress. I'm outraged in the men's dept if you are a guy of decent build with a big neck i.e. I need a regular fit or slim fit dress shirt with a 18 1/2 to 19" neck with 34-35 measurements yea not going to happen at this place the only 19" neck shirts they had here were big style and I was swimming in them but the neck fit. This store is only looking at slim customers with 15-17 inch Nevis cause there is an over abundance of those sizes but unless you are 400 pounds good luck buying a dress shirt here with a 18 1/2 inch neck or bigger and FYI I'm 230 lbs with a 19 inch neck and built not fat. Even sports coats unless u are a skinny kid or tall dangly adult good ouch finding dressy sports coats here.
