I honestly don't understand why this staples has so many negative reviews. The place is also super organized and clean, the staff always answers the phones and is willing to help in any way and the print department people ARE FANTASTIC. I am always going for printing needs and I have had so many awesome experiences. Flavao is one of my favs of the printing department. He is so sweet and willing to help with anything. I have to mention this mans patience.... he has the patience of a saint. I am quite annoying and ask a million questions and he's always been so patient and helpful and it's so funny to watch him work because some customers ask such bizarre things and he remains calm and cool. I respect that. Be anyways, he's super knowledgeable and amazing at making sure whatever job he does is finished and perfect. I greatly appreciate his efforts in ensuring good quality prints and services. 10/10 to you flavao and 10/10 to this staples for the awesome staff they have :)

Read moreThis is the second time I went into this staples. First this is my experience. It doesn’t mean you will have the same experience. I went to the tech help desk. To find no one their. For a free tune of my laptop . I waited about five minutes. No one acknowledged me at all. If their was supposed to be someone. I would like to know where they where hiding. It is hard to talk to a ghost. Just for the record the associate at the register didn’t acknowledge me either. I walked out . How are you offering a service if there is no tech on duty to up you. The first experience was not as bad. The associate was on the phone and did say we would be with you in a minute. After she was done on the phone she did ask how could she help. Explain to her need to fax something. She pointed to the self service area. The first machine was out of ink so ut would not work. I told the associate. The second one work find. Read moreEveryone who works there moves slow. In the print shop no one knows how to multitask. They just have you standing there like an idiot while they work on their tasks. No "Be with you in a second" or any of that nice customer service stuff. The website says if you place a printed order for a poster before 2pm, it will be ready the same day. I got my order confirmation at 1:41pm and went to pick up my order at 7:30pm and it was NOT ready and I was advised if I came back at 8:30 it would be ready. I opted not to wait. Then I went the next day at 8:10pm. My purple poster was grey. GREY! The assistant manager on duty advised me that it was the printer, not them. What the heck! He offered to waste 10 additional minutes of my time waiting for a reprint that I am sure is going to look just as ugly as the first. I'm sitting here waiting. So disappointed and so upset. I am going to make a corporate complaint. I don't have time for this. I'm leaving to drive from NY to Virginia tonight to attend...
