DO NOT COME HERE! I came here a few years back in 2021 to get an iPhone. The phone was supposed to be new but seemed like the seal was broken when I first got it. The iPhone set up was very botched by the employee who set it up. Javier the guy who I came to follow up with said my line was going to be cut when I hadnāt even gotten my SIM card yet. He refused to call customer service to verify the info. The customer service was atrociously awful. The staff was very rude and implied I was trying to steal their phone on the counter, I was next to. I was certainly racially profiled. When I asked for an apology in person from the store then manager Onika Bristol who was a black woman, for Yadaria Bās awful and accusatory behavior, she said if my apology via phone wasnāt good enough she would call the cops if I came in store to get one. What!? I shouldāve cursed her out. I hope Onika Bristol gets brutal Karma for her horrendous service and insensitivity. I regret not going in so I could record her calling the cops and post it on social media and give it to the press. I just didnāt want the extra stress pilled on top of the poor service I received. I called corporate multiple times to complain about these monsters and corporate agreed they were out of bounds and totally unprofessional. They gave me the number to the district manager and the district manager gave me a weak apology. I called a week after and he didnāt even remember the complaint and said that store never had issues like that. I have PTSD and this place triggers me so badly. Itās close to my house but avoid it because the experience was that bad. This is my second review and there will be more coming . Please do not give this store any of your money. Today I decided to try another store, and I just put on my GPS 1050 Sunrise Highway Massapequa. Wow,Wow! What a nice experience. I walked in, and this very nice girl Amanda came to help me and she was the sweetest and very patient. She immediately took my phone and with time and curiosity she and her coworker resolved the issue. plus I had a cracked screen protection and she asked if I had insurance and I said yes and she changed my screen thing in few minutes and I walked out feeling like Wow!
