So disappointed. We thought our parents accidentally took our mailbox key, so they were sending it to us through the mail. They paid extra so that they would not put our package in the mailbox (since we didn't have the key to open it) and we would have to sign for it. Thankfully we found our mailbox key but when we went to our mailbox we found the package smashed in it. We called customer service who directed us to this usps office and before I could say a word the representative went on a tangent about how we are in a pandemic and how understandably workers want as little contact with people as possible. I truly understand and can respect that, but if that's how they are going to operate they should not have people pay for a service they have no intentions of fulfilling. When trying to explain the rep was very condescending and told me nothing could be done I can just try to file a claim online and then hung up me. All around...

This place needs the inspectors back. GUARANTEED as soon as the line goes out the door with a few dozen people on line everyone leaves and there will only be 1 person handling the load. And that person feels no pressure to move above a snails pace. There is ALWAYS a repeat performance comes 4;00. Next teller signs go up and nobody is manning the windows as they are all busy counting out their money and cleaning up there stations so they can put the key in the door at 4:30 and all head out promptly at 5:00 or sooner. On the weekend the site online says they are open till 12:30 but the doors are always locked before 12:00. ABSOLUTELY NO consideration for the public they are supposed to serve. This post office delivery system is the worst. The lady who services route on Mandalay road and neighbor streets is absolutely horrible. We have bad address fees and returned mail because she just decided not to deliver mail to our address. At least 2 times a week we get our neighbors mail. My deployed daughter's heavy package was just thrown to the ground and damaged. We were told that the mail delivery lady has seniority and possibly relatives working there, so nothing could be done. I know that we are missing important mail and some important checks. I was called by our several service providers who received undelivered mail from our address. It's ridiculous.
